Wrong information
I have been using hutch service for quite some time now and have always experienced problem. The customer care agents has no updates and has caused a lot of inconvenience due to their lack of information.
I have recharged my no on 30/08/07 with rs.495 which is supposed to give me a years validity and to charge .25 p for calls made to hutch phones. However , i have been charged at .50p to hutch phones till now. When asked the customer care agent about this he said that the charges have been reviewed and according to the new charges the rate is .50p to hutch phones. At the same time, the vendor from whom i got the refill coupon maintains till date that its .25p to a hutch phones.. Cud u please tell me whats going on here . Its really very very frustrating to experience something like this. U actually feel cheated in a situation like this

No response after paying for Post Paid connection!
I have taken a post paid Hutch connection from a company called Global Direct, located in Jayanagar Bangalore. The marketing executive (like any other person) offered fast response to my connection request as I am going to discontinue my existing Airtel post paid connection. He has given two phone numbers given for contacting Global Direct for assistance (30420066, 98860 73899) but one will never able to reach these numbers. These numbers are 24/7 busy or not reachable. I have not used Hutch connection yet, so can't comment on their service. Anybody have any idea on Global Direct as a Hutch dealer, in my office few of them have taken the connection on the same day but nothing happened till now. Already more than 10 days completed.

Poor service!
I am a resident of I.I.T.Kanpur. I am a retired person.there was a life time period prepaid scheme offered by HUTCH me being unable to move much, thought this would be the best scheme for me, with no botheration of running here and there to purchase card to recharge my mobile. But to my dismay, they have finished my validity while I am still alive. What is all this? Business means smart dealing no doubt but they should not cheat the customers.

Poor service!
Without my concern, voluntarily they are activating caller tunes (unknown) consecutively 2 months & deducting Rs-30/- per month. Seems to be new way of cheating the customers. Ridiculous, Atrocious approach towards customers!

Overcharging
I am very unhappy with the kind of unethical practices that HUTCH promotes to harass its customers. This is not the first time that HUTCH has charged more that what should have been charged on my monthly bill. During this bill cycle I got the promotional calls several times and each time i got the call i disconnected the call. Despite the fact that i disconnected the call, caller tune got activated and i had to deactivate the same by sending a message worth Rs. 3.
HUTCH has charged extra to me, for Caller Tunes (Rs. 30 as monthly charge + Rs. 3 for deactivation).
In a similar incident like this, they had charged me Rs. 49 extra consecutively for the 6 months against the GPRS service which, as per them, was given to me for free i.e. without monthly rental. When i contacted them they said that there's a mistake from their end and they'll refund my money. However, i still have not seen the refund, even after following up for the same for over 100 times.

Threat by Dealer
Barely after having my new Sim card i had a call from the dealer that i should report to him as my sim has some problems. As was not in the town i could report by that week.So on 17th Aug they barred my no. On returning to the dealer he refused to help infect blamed for not coming and asked for 250 RS to start my card again ...

Hutch hello tunes
I am using Hutch Prepaid Number and actual user is my Son. The scheme is Hutch Life Time Offer . Every day, Hutch Plays hello tunes with various options with Bollywood Songs. Two days back my son was having a balance of Rs.45.00 in this account. When suddenly a call was received from Hutch it started playing Hello Tunes with various options to select the songs.
My son immediately canceled the call.
Next day, my son saw Rs.45/- has been deducted on account of selection of Hello Tunes.
We call up the Executive-Customer Care and it was told to us that Caller Tunes has been activated on the number since we have pressed one of the options . But whereas we had cancelled the Call.
This is how Hutch is cheating the Prepaid Customers having Life Time offer.

Hutch care is ridiculous!
I must say hutch care is ridiculous, coz they cant process my single request in eight days. First i had asked for deactivation of commercial messages from hutch side being sent to me , that was not done till time... every time i call customer care he is asking to give 24hrs time to do it. Secondly hutch care don't know the system numbers on which we need to send the messages of request.
I asked for activation of Missed call information on my cell, first person told me to send ACT MCI to 155 so i did, and message was not delivering, again i called other person told to send same message on 144 message went but service didn't activated, again i called hutch care third time this time he told to sent ACTMCI and send to 123 when i did so i got message that numbers are changed and asked to send on 56789, so i did same thing again i got message that message code is in correct.
Its really amazing to believe such fool peoples are working with Hutch Care. I am really disappointed with their service!

Scam and cheating!
I am the subscriber of Hutch connection at Bangalore. They are charging me MSN Download charges every month. When I spoke to their support center, they says that details will be sent to your mail within 48 hours. Now I am in a dilema whether to continue with them or not. Because, I have already given this number to my business connection. It is very difficult to discontinue also. Whether any body come across this type of problem ? If so, can I expect the feedback? I think we need to create an awareness within the users of cell phones!!!
