Scheme bonus offer scam
I recharged Rs 66 for bonus offer, they accepted this transaction and gave the transaction ID also, but they are answering that this is not applicable for your scheme and also not refunding. This is not a matter of money this shows that how poor is their service.

Poor service!
I bought a postpaid connection and i brought a big trouble in my hands. From first month of billing cycle, this is the 5 th month i have paid the bills through icici online account, and every time the billing department is saying they have not received amount, and every time i have to produce my bank statement by going to their HUTCH shop, this is their fault and i am facing problems, and no one is there to apologies.

Bill after deactivation of postpaid connection
Hi!

I am Meena Mehta from New Delhi. I purchased a connection from hutch on behalf of one of my friend who is working in Sparsh BPO (franchisee of hutch), Gurgaon. When i purchased this connection then their executive misguide me that if you purchase one connection one connection is free for your spouse and you have 500 minute talktime and 200 sms free in this corporate connection plan of 199.

When we received bill on 2 July it was separate bill for two connections then i had a talk with executive but he denied his statement. In this case on 10 July i submitted application for deactivation on 10th July to their Hutch shop, sector-22, dwarka, new delhi.

I checked on 16th July and the connection was activate then so many times i remind this to customer care department and all the times they assure me to disconnect this but negative result always. Now on 10th August i received a bill for my connection Rs.629.00 showing last date 21th August and also after due date amount 729.00

Kindly suggest me what can i do in this case smb! Your early reply will be highly appreciated in this regard.

Extorting money from customers
Hutch gives its customers caller tunes telling them its free. This is done even without the knowledge of the customer. After a month the hutch starts charging the customers with 30 Rs for caller tune. This is nothing but extortion. I have spoke to Hutch care 4 times. Following are the list of Executives I spoke to:

1. Renuka
2. Shioab
3. Ragavendra
4. Savitha
5. Feroh.

None of them where able to rectify my problem. I have asked them to reactivate the caller tune the moment i knew the tune is activated for me. Its still not done!

Useless spam
I have registered for DND on my number long time ago. I still get a lot of spam. And bulk of it comes from Hutch. Often I get calls in the middle of important meetings asking me to download useless caller tunes on my cell phone - a friendly recorded voice - which Hutch thought would entice me - peddles me bunch of useless stuff - right from astrology to caller tunes to some movie tickets to Rahul Dravid asking me to watch how well he bats to invitation to wish some movie star a very happy birthday ! I am completely fed up with the amount of spam - especially from Hutch. This being a corporate connection I dont have much of a choice.

In the middle of a meeting, your phone rings and wow ! Its a message from Hutch asking me to send birthday wishes to some movie star. How amusing :).

Often I do get the urge to sue for not respecting my privacy with DND.

I wish the top bosses at Hutch get 100 calls in a day peddling astrology and caller tunes - in the middle of the night too ! Have a rocking day folks in the ivory tower over at Hutch and Vodafone !

P.S. - I am logging this here after trying to log this complaint on their website. The good-for-nothing feedback form just keeps throwing

Poor service!
I have register complain that I unable to contact customer care customer care executives are blocking my service to connect customer care and there is another problem that I am not getting proper coverage in khaperkheda. I have been registering this complain since last 6 month but every time they lie with me, that your complain will be solve within 24 hour and they didn't solve my problem.

Charged for calls never made
I am presently in Kuwait and have been working here for some time now. I left my mobile connection with my wife in Goa India. She tried giving me calls from Goa, Unfortunate for her, my phone did not ring, even after various attempts. Finally she realized that she has been charged for the calls. She tried calling me from another connection and the call goes through and gets connected to me in KUWAIT.

I approached HUTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, only to receive a cold response. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service provider. I was not able to get the refund, neither was I able to get connected using HUTCH.

I have come to the conclusion that even after having a very good relationship with the previous service provider BPL (which was taken over by HUTCH), I am not respected or even heard.

I Would like to inform all who go through this message, BE AWARE OF HUTCH

Stinky company and service
Hi, its really disgusting to speak about this stinking company. Their policies suck a big time. Recently hutch caller tune is activated for my mobile. To deactivate this I have to spend Rs 3/- for a msg to 123, said by hutch customer care. Not only this there are lot more problems with this stupid company.

Daily i am getting 3 to 4 automated calls from hutch, in that some bastard speaks about some offers and all. This is too bad. This is shame on vodafone or hutch who ever is responsible. The people in hutch shops are absolutely irresponsible, they always feel like PM to a county.

Finally if by chance any hutch person see this msg, plz get back me if you have any valid solution for this. DND also suck a big time.

Anyone pls tell me where i can give a proper complaint, i will wait for 2 weeks and planning to go to airtel, the best (i hope).

Customer Dissatisfaction is the motto!
Have written two complaints and have got an auto generated feedback that somebody will address my concern. However, no body writes back / contacts us. Also I think, the customer care staff is trained how to be rude to a customer.

Customer Dissatisfaction has to be the motto of this huge organization which i guess has grown beyond its size

Beware prepaid users!
I'm using Hutch prepaid connection, without my knowledge the service provider deducted money from my account for activating the caller tune facility. I complained in the hutch care immediately still I'm not getting back that money and many people like me are being victims of this theft by hutch company.
