Unable to make call into customer care department!
My call always get transferred into document verification department as all my verification of doc. have been done positive, still I am unable to make call in customer care department (From where I can get knowledge of new services). So many time i talk to the agent of verification department but they did not take any keen interest in solving my problem. I am complaining about this matter from last five -six month!!!

Poor service!
I am prepaid customer of hutch. I have complaint in Hutch many times about the service which activated (India Vs ENGLAND Cricket Pack) in my mobile without informing me that causes my loss of 99 rupees.
Even if i don't have any balance in my mobile. I have complaint in Hutch Vashi office to ADNAM. He told me that we don't have detail information, we will get back to you in 24 hours, but still i could not get reply from hutch.
This is worst service i got from HUTCH INDIA and without knowing they have activated this service, this may cause loss of valuable time and money. Please try to keep away. Airtel and Reliance is the best service provider.
This may cause the loss of hutch customer.

Poor service!
In the wonderful world of hutch, they change the tariff plans without any intimation. i am a living victim of the same. The plan has been changed and they claim they intimated 2 lakh customers., though i was not one of them. The excuse for the change os plan.- Govt of India Rules... Ha haa ha!
Their customer service is the lousiest under the sun... Pity i am stuck with them, though will not be for long at this rate.

Roaming Charges
Dear Officer
My Hutch No. 9879791802
I received the bill statement from 10th june to 9th july. During I was not in roaming. But my bill indicate roaming charges. I am very laymen, if I was not in roaming,
1 Why roaming charges come in my bill?
2 Why I should pay?.
3 Why I should take pain to write these mail?
4 Who will responsible for my mental harassment after showing bill?
5 Why search cyber café?
6 Why write you mail to you?
7 Why waste my time and energy to talk with your ruddy officer for 30 min?
I need above answer.
We are paying money for services not for such harassment.
In this regards I spoke to Mr. Jasvir.vihya and Ms. Komal of Naranpura Ahmadabad Branch. Pl ask them what service they provide to me after just nonsense talk of 30 min.
You are talking about the customer care service. Pl review your service once again where your office can not reply well. We feel now it is waste of time. And what is stipulated is write and pay money what you have charge. Is it so?
I have spend 30 Rs in cybercafé for writing mail. Please credit in my next billing cycle.
I am expect you reply immediately and positively.

No balance recovered even after recharge!
I Mr. Shaikh Azim has made a recharge of Rs. 10 on my hutch mobile no. 9820836775 but didn't got the balance in my mobile. There is no help from hutch customer care executives.

Poor service!
I am Hutch customer of Gujarat. My cell no is 9879596050. My services were deactivated because of outstanding. Today i have cleared all my outstanding by paying Rs3500 in Hutch shop at Surat at 3.0pm. Even after making the payment my cell phone is still not activated. I did called hutch customer care at 8.15pm and they told me that i would be activated in next 15minutes.
I am surprised to see that the company is not concerned at all about the customers inconvenience.

Fraud business practices!
I had taken a hutch cug sim 2 months ago... there were may offers in dat sim and many of my friends and family members should have dat sim... all r attracted the full talk time offers and also the free sms offers... but now hutch had taken up all the offers in dat cug sim... no new offers shud published yet... this is a type of cheating from hutch!!!

Bad network
I am unable to make outbound calls from my area after 1800 hrs. I keep getting the message "network busy". I have called up the customer support, who have informed me that there is a network congestion in my area and that it would take 4 months for them to rectify the concern!!! I was assured callbacks which was not done, and from my interactions with the "customer care" team, i firmly believe that all conversations are not documented properly. 4 months is a ridiculous TAT.

Deactivation of prepaid mobile phone
I am having mobile nos.9873235841 with hutch services. It was matter of surprised that one fine morning almost 1 month ago my phone was not going through. On calling Hutch they said that my identification proof is required for reactivation.
I want to add that the Identification proof was submitted at the time of purchase of sim card more over I lost my mobile and for issue of duplicate sim card also I submitted the Identification proof. On request the CC officer told me that their executive will visit me for collecting the identification proof which has never happened.
Therefore I requested to discontinue my services and my balance which prepaid shall be refunded to me, It all went to deaf ear and the services are hopeless. They never cared a dime. I have no option but to go consumer court for deficiency in services and interruption of none of my fault which has brought be disrepute.
