Hutch co took 7 days to activate postpaid lines
I had taken 2 hutch connections from Dombivali west Hutch shop, viz 9920321979 & 9920431977 on 15 june 2007. My verification was complete. My documents were submitted. TAT was given of 72 hrs.
However since last 7 days those lines are not yet activated. Called hutch care says contact gallery. Contacted gallery on 20/07/2007 again it was assured it will take 2 days doc is incomplete again submitted the same but till date its not yet activated.
Plz advice smb!

Non refund of deposit
Mobile connection surrendered on 10/nov/2006 . Refund of rs 550 was supposed to be rcvd in 60 days i.e 10/jan/2007. Today is 16/june/2007 & still chasing hutch for the refund. I get false msgs that delivery attempted was failed & they are unable to contact me on my alternate numbers. Do not u/std when the same hutch connection is working why the company wants to call me on alternate number??? Have claimed for full refund with interest & late pymt charges like how the company levies on us when the bill pymt gets delayed.
Plz help smb!!!

Sim card non-functional!
The following e-mail message was sent to Hutch without any response:
Dear Sir,
One of your Dealer came to our Office on Saturday ( 9.6.07) and sold one post paid Hutch connection to us inspite of being fully aware that we did not have a spare Mobile set. Therefore, he did not test the connection on the day he sold the set. But eventually when we did buy a set from NOKIA counter ,they found that the set is giving a caption "Insert SIM card" inspite of the SIM card being inserted inside the set. The Representative of NOKIA also tried your SIM Card on 2 of their Mobile set but the same caption appeared.
Your dealer gave us the name & Telephone number of one of your Hutch Employee (as stated by the person ) named Mr. Raja Mobile No: 9836556644 , but please note that his Mobile remains switched off even during Office Hours .
Hence , either you please instruct your Dealer to take back the Connection (i.e. SIM card) or give us the connection . But doing none will not serve the purpose on either side.

Giving false commitment
Hutch services given me false commitment - "your caller id is free for four month, fine charged on me should be waved" - it was told by the sr. sales officer, and even they did not increased my credit limit. I personally called at least 14 times to there customer care service but nothing done by hutch. Now my hutch service is discontinue by hutch but they send me monthly bill. Send there recovery person to my house.

Non - receipt of bills
Self, a Hutch Cell Phone Customer with Phone No.9811928992 is waiting for the last 2 months for my monthly bills and I have approached the Customer care service for at least 04 times this month. Last month I tried for more than seven times. But. alas! no bills... very funny no? Every time your customer care executive assures of sending a duplicate bill. Neither I get any duplicate, triplicate or any quadruplicate bill. I think there is no link between the customer care executive booked complaints and the hutch service or the executives only pay lip services to its customers instead of any care or the real management on the part of hutch is in vein. Some of my complaints I have noted are 495345040 dated 10/05/07, 496698494 dated 11/05/07, 517028700 dated 28/05/07, 523506374 dated 02/06/07 and finally on 530053564 dated 05/06/07. On the last complaint your executive assured me to send my bill on my e-mail address i.e. [email protected], but till date i.e. as on 07.06.07 I found no bill on my site. Alas! it takes weeks to send just a mail though computer! Then what about manual care. Perhaps you mean it that hutch never cares its customers, rather customers should care of the hutch itself. So it is called customer care. If it is so, then I am deciding to close my connection very shortly and discourage all my friends about it or else i would like to go to TRAI.

Idiotic service by M.F. Bastards
I took a connection on 1st June 2007. Verification was not done by those idiots and my line was disconnected on 5th june. They wanted me to make an interim payment of Rs.376. I fought with them and got it released. Those bastards gave me a credit limit of Rs.500. Within 4 days my unbilled usage came to Rs.536 and my line was disconnected. When I call the f**king customer service, they say nothing can be done. Now I have taken a connection from Airtel and my credit limit is Rs. 1500 without verification being done. The Hutch bastards know that I work for ICICI and they know I live in a own house. For a person like me, they give a credit limit of 500. Imagine what will be the credit limit for a person who is employed in a lower level. I have never seen a worst customer service like this. I'm trying to log a complaint through the link http://www.hutch.in/contactus/contactus_feedback.asp, and it doesn't accept my complaint. I really have a doubt whether they are working in the office or are the vice presidents are screwing their subordinates. I have never experienced a worst service like this in any other industry. MOTHER F***ING BA***RDS OF HUTCH, PLEASE TRY TO IMPROVE OR YOU WILL VANISH.

Bill not received for 3 months
Out of 4 months i shift to post paid connection (hutch) only once i received the bill. Every month at least 4 complaints are done by me, the customer care executive says the bill is already delivered, on demand of duplicate bill 5 days time is given but no bill is received, again the executive says bill delivered. Executive says u may take print out from hutch site online but he cant ensure that bill will be delivered in future or not. All time he says may i help u. What kind of help can they provide, i dont understand. So the result is that bill shall never be delivered to me. Even an executive called mr. Vijay says go online to view bill, bill delivery may not be ensured, and he cant help in this regard. How embarrassing.

Call barred without any infromation

On 23rd I get connected with Hutch as a Prepaid Customer. I fulfilled (Photo & Residential Proof) all formalities to your dealer M/s Balaji Cell Shoppee, Manali, Chennai – 68. At that time I felt very happy with your service.
On 29th Evening 4.30 pm they barred my outgoing facility without any prior information and they threw me away from Hutch Customer. They didn’t informed even by a SMS (Is this the way of handling a Customer?) also, alternatively Every day I disturbed by your SMS Advertisements.
I informed M/s Balaji Cell Shoppee about the Call Barrings and they replied there is no problems with their-self and they sent all required information to Hutch.
• Is this the way of handling a Customer?
• What communication problem you have to get the proof?
• Is 6 days not enough for gather informations?
I called Hutch Care on 31st 10am they didn’t analyzed my details from the dealer straightly they tells you didn’t fulfilled the requirements and you have to give photos and id proof for your further continuation of connection.
I am study in my way that I won’t give my photos and other information again and it is your mistake you didn’t collected properly from your dealer.
The mistake should arose through:
• Your Dealer
• Your Staffs
• Or your way of keeping records
Instead of these you made me a fool and I felt about my worst experience with you. I am in a remote area and I have no phone connection apart from your service. On that day (29th) my officials taken me that I was leave and there was a remark in my profession also because of ex-communication.

Are you taking part of my sufferings of these
• My one day salary - 333.33
• Communication allowance on that day - 25.00
• Conveyance allowance on that day - 50.00
• Phone Charge Variance (.75 Ps your plan to2.00Rs STD Booth rate) 1.25 X 60 call - 75.00
• Total Rs. 483.33

Network busy all the time
I have been a HUTCH subscriber for the past 6 months. But, i haven't spoken with HUTCH customer executive even a single time. Whenever i try i get the message that Network busy. I tried in 111 and 9885898850 but nothing happened.
