Looting customers money
Hutch are the new age looters who loot innocent customers money into their big pockets. I had been a prepaid Hutch customer for two years. One nice day I have topped up for Rs.850 which gets the customer 60 days validity, shockingly the service got disconnected within a week. When contacted Hutch anchors they were saying I need to refill it more with Rs.99 because they had put me into easy chalta rahen plan. Customer can only do one thing 'bang your head on the wall'.

Rough behavior, irresponsibility!
I have spoke with SAYED SAIFUL ALAM near about 1 am on 30th may. He is a FROD. He told me his name is SOURAJIT RAKSIT. I am actually suffering prob for CT.I have request many times but but no result. My reg no is 219941734. I have wished to suspend the FROD and solve my problem. I am fed up take a step as soon as possible either i have change HUTCH.

Without informing they are activating caller tunes
My number is 9986780100. Without my interest the company people have activated caller tunes to my number. I have inquired about this to Hutch customer care, but they are saying that i have sent SMS for request of caller tunes...

Problem of new connection activation
I took a Hutch postpaid connection on 19 May 2007 and 30 minutes after the purchase of the connection it got activated also but the very next dat it was deactivated without any prior notice. when I contacted the customer care service I was told that they have not received the application form thus it has been deactivated and as soon as they will receive the form it will be activated again.Next day the dealer from where i took the connection, confirmed that the application form has reached the Hutch desk I contacted Customer care again then I was told that I have crossed the credit limit of Rs. 300 hence the services have been terminated. How can they play with the customer like this giving silly excuses. On the whole a very pathetic service.

Executive does not give proper response!
Many times I have requested to the Hutch Shop to convert my postpaid connection into Prepaid. But no response to date. It is therefore requested to intervene into the matter personally. So that connection should be changed from Postpaid to Prepaid. If no response from your good self I will file a complaint in District Consumer Forum against Hutch Company/Executives. I have also met your executives in Hutch Shop in V-Mart, Nakodar Road, Jalandhar but no response. I seem there is no customer satisfaction/co-operation etc. Copy kept for Legal Action against the Company. Send reply/compliance/e-mail at the earliest.

Duplicate SIM card issued
I have purchased connection from hutch under 1399/- scheme with motorola c-115model + connection. Hutch issue me mobile no. 9811906548. But after passing 3 days, i receive a blank & rough calls from outside & someone call me that mobile no. 9811906548 issued to mr. Jitender singh & why you have purchased it. He gave me 50,000/-. I said to the caller that this number alloted to me by hutch how you can say it. But he make me calls at midnight & used rough language to me. I complain to hutch for this to customer care on 111 number. Hutch executive told me that sim card wrongly issued to me is duplicate/issued earlier to jitender. I said to them why they issued me duplicate sim card & if you issued please change my number because i suffer from worry from blank caller. But they refuse to change my number. I sending so many mails to their customer care, they reply that they can't change it because this number attached with mobile & can't be change at any cost. Secondly, one day when i charged my handset, it's screen get cracked. I again complain for handset, but they told me to check it to motorola service centre. I went to motorola service centre, but they refuse to check it they told me that this handset has givem many problems to customers & we can't change it screen. It repair paid by cash rs. 2500/- otherwise change to hutch. I again complain to hutch but they can't help me.

Thirdly, they don't send me the outstanding bill after adjustment with my tariff plan. They charged me very higher & charged me late bill while i can't get my bills for last 3 months.

Unauthorized charges levied

This is to inform you that I Ms Renuka Suvarna having cell No : 9920306451 (Prepiad) was shocked to be charged amount of Rs 99/- from my prepaid balance.

When contacted your call centre with Mr Lucky & Mr. Avi I was informed the the same has been charged as Cricket commentary charges, of which i have no knowledge.

Also when asked about what confirmation if any from my side, I failed to get any justification or clarification from your call centre for the charges levied.

Please be informed that neither have i requested or even received such an sms from your side regarding the above facility, so why i have been charged this dubious amount.

Also inspite of repeated reminders & follow ups i have not received any responce from your call centre people.

Is this how you treat your customers.

I once again demand that the amount charged to be refunded to me.

I case i do not receive the same i will compled to take up the matter with consumer forum.

Early action in this regard will highly appreciated.

Connection not activated
Lemme make u aware of atrocious HUTCH Customer Support Service in B'lore. Last week I got a new no. (a prepaid one...) from Hutch but till date it has not been activated for outgoing calls. Everytime I call them they 5 different reasons for their failure...

a) Busy Server b) Verifying the details submitted c) Online update halted d) Soorry Sir!... it will be done in next two hours e) Tooo many applicants being updated at the same time... (wonder!!! people choosing Hutch like me... how many complaints they handle...).

Guys I tell you better pick up some other service than get hassled by Hutch guys!

Hutch harassment
I was using HUTCH for about 2yrs now. I started using Hutch from the time i got my cell. Well I have had worst experiences ever with HUTCH. First i had a pre-paid connection, i regularly faced network problems. I got Hutch simply because of free sms offer. Well after few months i got a post-paid connection, soon my trouble started. I started getting calls from unknown people asking me to buy credit cards, personal loans etc... Well this was not enough, they never sent bill which had exact amount, every month i had to call up customer care for hours together to make them understand that they have charged more. Well I had done this for about a year. I still had the patience to use HUTCH as it was difficult to change my no at this stage. Also, I complained Customer care and reported on their website about the network concerns i was facing, 10 months back. Well i got a reply, its under process. I decided to cancel my connection and end the matter. Well Customer care people only wake up and start making promises when u ask for cancellation. Well they did give a call and said they would initiate a quick action and they are going to have a tower in my area. The network was so bad that i never used to get a call when i was inside my house. I had repeated made requests to Hutch to solve the problem, but they were happy giving me rental waivers, as i was paying a hefty bill of 3000/- per month. Well finally i decided to stop using Hutch once for all. I canceled the connection and finish it off. One fine day i got a call from one of the insurance co's, as usual, i used to say no and hang up. I decided to ask how they were able to get the details? The person responded saying, he got from database. On repeated inquiry he accepted Hutch has shared my personal info with them. Well, finally i decided to take legal action against them and teach them a lesson. Well i guess thousands of software professionals are such targets. I was shocked to know that a company like HUTCH can go to such an extent. I complained the manager of HUTCH and decided not to pay my dues, i knew if i make the payments then they are not going to take any actions. Well now its been months, not a single action has been initiated.

Billing problems and irresponsibility of customer care
I was hutch subscriber from long time, i was leaving india to finally settle down abroad. So, on my last day in india, i called hutch cust. care to disconnect my connection and paid all bill by check. But cust. care in return said, our computer is down, we'll disconnect it as soon as it comes online. But they never disconnected it, and kept on adding my bill. N now they r threatening my family that they'll file case against me. Why do i pay when i have discarded my SIM after December that too after paying complete bill. I am feeling harassed.
