I recently purchased the last of the season Huxley mug I was so excited to be able to give this to my son that when i got Home I realized that the water and the glitter that was suppsed to be at the bottom was gone. Being that it was the very last one I thought that if I contacted the company with the number provided in the mug they would try to exchange or replace the mug for me because taking it back would not really solve this issue. I was repeatedly transfered to different departments and told I was unable to be helped.
