I have ordered food from Hyderabad House Tarnaka 3 times .
1st time they gave without any hassle.
2nd time - i had ordered for chicken kolhapuri, 1 roomali roti n one chicken biryani. they charged for all three. but on delivery delivered only birya
ni, n 2 roomali rotis. they didnt deliver kolhapuri chicken at all. i didnt complaint coz i thot its my mistake- i should have checked out b4 paying money.

3rd time - i had placed order at 1855hrs. they said they will deliver food at 1920hrs. i called them at 1945hrs to ask why they didnt deliver yet.after calling 4 times they finally delivered the food at 2105hrs. they didnt bother to call back and tell that some problem with delivering etc.
the Manager Murali while taking order doent know that he wont be able to keep his word to deliver in time.

this is pathetic. not expected frm such a reputed Hyderabad House. please look into the matter. or else we will have to think 100times before ordering food next time from hyderbad house.
