Deplay in passport dispatch
Hello Sir,
We are parents of Geeta Sloka (1year onld), applied for our kids passport on 2/2/2011 in hyderabad e-seva, KPHB, File no is I000613 .The police verification is done in march ending. Down the line after 5months we are still waiting for our kids passport. The online status is changing for every 1.5 months saying that passport will be disapatched in next week/sorry for the delay. Wont it be frustrating with functioning of government service to common citizens like us.
I am really seeking someones help in this .The pointers to the right persons will be greatly appreciated.

renewal of passport
I rajesh kumar rathi s/o Devilal rathi applied for renewal of passport on 03-02-2010 file no. HYD-F-003969-10, after many complaints on 21-5-2011 police verification done. Even after 17months, still I have not received the passport, when i tried to see the status of passport, i was shock to see that it is showing wrong file no., where as on police web site it is showing file sent back to the RPO. Now I am in dilema where to complaint, is there is no time bounding for accept or rejection of file.

renewal not done for more than 7 months
hi sir, its been 7 months we applied for passport renewal.the website keep saying will dispatch in a weeks time.We went to office 3 times to put the complaint.

Passport status

My Name Ramu, I have applied new passports for my parents through Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad, AP.
the details are
Applicant's Name: PENTAIAH PATLORI
File Reference No: HYD-W604484
APPLICATION DATE: 23-11-2010.
Applicant's Name: RAJA LAKSHMI PATLORI
File Reference No: HYD-W604542
APPLICATION DATE: 24-11-2010.
And after that Police verification was completed in month of Jan-2011.
I have been monitoring online status and status didn't change since 2 months and still the same message saying like
“Police Report has not been Received”
So, please I would request you to consider this as my Kindly request and I would appreciate if you can let me know status, release the passport as soon as possible.

passport not rrecieved
Passport applctn no HYDE00686910 was submitted in november. Police verification was done in december. All documents in order. passport still not recieved!!!

Passport not got issued , applied on 9apr 2010
I have applied passport for my 2 kids 3 months back. No status update from last 3 months. Police enquiry completed 2 months back. I have submitted affidavit signed by Indian embasy consulate, san francisco, California, USA.
Right now, i am in US. I want to bring my family to US.

Delay in issuing of passport
I've applied for the passport for myself and my family on 15 January 2010 at the regional passport office Kummaraguda, Secunderabad- 500 003. Police inquiry was done within 1 month of applying, and police report is clear. But till now the passports are not in my hand. I'm in an immediate need of passports, as our USA PETITION File WAS SANCTIONED in Dec-2009, So We have to sent passport copy to US EMBASSY. Please Help and take disciplinary action into this matter. No response to passport renewal application.
My experience with Hyderabad passport office is abosolutely horrific. There is no accoutability and responsibility. The telephone numbers are virtually busy 24x7. The online status does not change ...only the date is update.
file reference: C002351, applied on 31-Jan for renewal of passport.
It is almost 2 months now and there is no response. The email id given is of no use there is no accountability...the officers encourage agents...
While the govt is doing a lot to improve the system ...the submission of application forms is very good but after you submit there is no guarantee about what happens inside. You just need to pray that it comes.
I hope somebody does something about it. No wonder all the fraud and fake passports in India are issued by Hyderabad.
