It is not free! 2 containers @ 69.95 ea
I responded to an ad in May 2010 which was for a free Hydrolyze, under eye treatment from Hydroxatone. They sent two containers, not one. I was billed today 8/4/2010 for the two containters @ 69.95 ea. The person I spoke to from this company was also very rude. Please let everyone know that nothing is free; you will get charged! The small print is you have 30 days to return or you will have to pay which I didn't catch. I learned an expensive lesson.

Doesn't work
I ordered the TRIAL of Hydrolyze then received three jars of the product in the mail, and my account was charged for $147+. I have used one whole jar of Hydrolyze, and still have dark circles under my eyes. I think Johnson's Baby Cream, or Mary Kay Hand Cream does more than Hydrolyze. I need a refund of my purchase. Please locate the transaction on your records and issue a refund. Thank You.

Continual billing/product is moisturizer
This product is nothing more than a moisturizer, and a very expensive one at that! I was hopeful but another "too good to be true" scam. I feel bad for those who continually get billed for the shipments that keep on coming, even after cancellation. I am glad that I used a visa gift card with $10 left on it for my purchase so I only paid the shipping & handling.
That is what we all should do to test these scams that claim you get a free trial. We should get the free trial and then purchase if we like it... if we are forced into the purchase then it is nothing more than a scam!
Do not order this product on your credit card or debit card. Keep this in mind for future "trials" to order on a gift card that has a small balance left on it. Rather than getting money taken from my account month after month, I only get letter after letter in the mail stating to send in my payment.

Unable to cancel, aggressive marketing tequnics
One: I have ordered it after hearing the ad on a radio and made a compulsive call(slap on a head), while ordering a trial, the sales rep was pushing a ton of other "goodness", including a "premium fast" handling and shipping. Of course as I tried to get the details, she was talking over my head with her sales mambo jumbo, and I actually repeatedly told her to stop with no noticeable effect. So anyway I decided to proceed to the end to try to make sure I haven't got all the extras.
Two: After the call, with an already a bad feeling, I went online to figure this one out, and stumbled across the complaints board. Immediately I tried to cancel, the product rep(a higher echelon of sales people -- all claim they use the product themselves, yeah right) told me my order wasn't in the system yet. Ok, and so I waited, a week later I got an order confirmation call, I tried to cancel as well, no luck, apparently the order confirmation people can not cancel orders, aha. Called another product rep, no way the order can be canceled, since it's already confirmed, and en route.
Finally: Went online to check my online banking, surely enough there was a temporary merchant confirmation, luckily no amount was charged yet. Called the bank, canceled the card, got a new number. Done
P.S. watch out fellow consumers, this one is tricky.

Cannot Cancel
I tried the product for 26 days as it says on it's ad to return before 30 days. The product did not work removing my dark circles. So when I called, the first person said he had to transfer me to customer service. The second person said that he had to transfer me to customer service. I said that I thought he was customer service. He said "Oh No, I'm not" and really quickly gave me another phone number and hung up on me. When I called that number, it was for Verizon Wireless. Then about a couple of days later, they charged me $69.95 which I cannot afford and is way overpriced for that little bit of cream.

Billing & Customer Service
I called several days before I returned the product that I tried. The same month and the month after that I got billed for the products. I called them and asked them why they were still billing me and they said that they did not get the products back but I did return it. The sales rep instead of being helpful seemed really impatient and was not being very helpful as to how I could get my money back. The product was not cheap. The next sales rep told me he was doing me a favor when I asked for my money back when he said he can give me some refund but not all.
They also keep sending me products that I did not order. I might as well change my card since this company is so persistent in billing me even after I called to cancel.
This is a lesson learned. I will never ever try any products that has the catch line "try it for free."

Bad service
I don't want to use the service and it is difficult to get through to the company via telephone and must sign in before I can even cancel it on the web site. I want my services cancelled and my credit card credited with the funds taken. I do not want this service; it was rigged when I responded to another offer and thy would not allow me to process my order until I said "yes" to this offer. I am also returning the product I ordered Hydrolyze since it does ot work and I am totally dissatisfied again.

continued billing after cancellation
This product provided NO results. I returned it with a letter. The company continues to bill my credit card and send out the product. I keep returning this stuff through the U.S. Postal Service. Now the company claims they never received the packages from the post office! They do admit they have a letter of cancellation from me -- so why do they continue to sent this junk out and bill me for it?! These people are nothing but lying crooks!

Radio ad sounds like a research study
This company has pulled a fast one with radio and television ads. I've seen the tv ad too and the ad is claiming that it is looking for 100 women in my area who may qualify to participate in a free trial to see if this works. While this isn't as flat out lying as ATS research's free grocery "study", it still claims to be selecting just a few women from my area, which is the lingo that researchers use to recruit research participants. IN FACT, it is NOT just 100 women, it is ANYONE who calls or logs on to the site that can participate in this exciting oppurtunity to be ripped off. What happens is that they send you what you believe is a free sample that you are given because you have decided to help them out and participate in the study. This company also has NUMEROUS other rip off products that do NOT work that they all have free trials for (HUGE red flag should be coming up now). The reviews have long since came in that this cream does not work. It does not help bags, circles, or lines. So, their new sales pitch is to disguise themselves as a brand new company (not true, btw) that is simply trying to "test" the efficacy of their new product.
THEY WILL charge you 70 dollars a month for this. Your 14 day "free trial" starts the DAY YOU ORDER, Not the day you receive it. EVEN if you cancel, they will charge you 70 dollars for the free trial they sent you. I've even heard stories of hydrolyze sending women their "free trial" that has already been used by others! It even had hairs in it, YUCK!!! Then, they charge u 70 bucks for it?!!! and PLUS, you will continue to be charged AFTER you cancel, so be sure to record ur phone conversations, print out emails and web chats of cancellations, hand over to ur bank or cc company (u must have proof of cancellation) and when they take more money out, do a chargeback. DO NOT trust them when they claim ur membership's cancelled, even with a cancellation number, they will charge anyhow and claim there's no record of cancellation. OK, TIP: NEVER give ur account number to someone who is giving you something for "free". NEVER order a free trial of anything!!! These theives are the only ones thriving in this economy because they are using the fact that people are broke to promote "free" products that will cost you everything in ur account. They will NOT stop. Don't ever even get free trials of eye creams, acai, teeth whitener, etc. They use the word free trial to disguise that they are just charging ur account HUGE amounts for very poor, cheap products, then claim the huge price is a "significant savings" and claim retail price is over a hundred bucks, LOL! none of them even work!!!

overcharging
I ordered the free trial and asked to cancel it and stop any charges. Then they continued to bill my card $69, apparently because that was not "extra", that was for the old shipment. So please be careful and do not do any business with them.
