Did not receive product
This company is running a scam! I ordered my product and did not receive it. They claimed (lied) that I put the wrong address. I offered to fax them my copy to show the correct address that I entered from the internet.. they put on a 'phony manager" who said they could not help me. I too was given a tracking number- the post office showed they had sent the product back to the company...so not only did they recieve my money they got back their product. SHAME ON HYDROLYZE FOR RUNNING A SCAM-BUSINESS IN AMERICA--OR MAYBE IN SOME THIRD WORLD COUNTRY. I want my money back for the SO-CALLED FREE TRIAL (cost $8.84.) Do not buy this product from this company. Very rude and unhelpful customer service on top of everthing else.

Overcharges
I called to cancel product before next shipment went out and was told their system was down, they took
my name & number and promised to call back to finish my request...no call ever called and a week
later I got another shipment and was billed.
Next thing I know I have been over charged like crazy! In one month, (08/07 - 8/29), I was charged $247.75, I have called three times to speak with a manager and no one ever calls me back! I'm afraid I've been scammed!!!

have tracking # but never recevied
i am sending this letter to compain about a product i never received i called the company i purchased the product from and asked why i have not received it they gave me a tracking number but i can't seem to reach anyone. they also told me the product was delivered on 4/13/09 which i did not get .now the deal is if paying i would like to receive the product. if someone could please give me a call on this matter as soon as possible.

Company has to continued to send products after I cancelled in July. Stop sending me your product and stop billing me.
