Regreat to inform you that after several reminders still the same problem of my Hyundai LCD is persisting .As per the commitment of your side the Customer care Service man came to me to check the details & finally informed that the panel is not working & need to be replaced.Regarding this mater I had booked the Complaint for the first time by 2nd Sep 2009 & on 4th Sep your Service man came to me & gave the details as I had already stated earlier.Since that time I am simply giving the reminders, but all are in vain.
i am also attaching the mail which I had given to you regarding my problem for yur kind reference.
Trust you that this time everything will be on right path as per my Expectation.

Again this time i have got the same response from your side. Today morining icalled to your customer care and they have replied that they have send OKreport again without any solving my problem. They have issue me complaint no.third time. This complaint no. is DEL1809090638.
Could you please tell is this going to repair or not.
Are you able to solve my problem or not.
This is really a very very bad service/feedback/solution you are providing toyour customer which is really shamefull.
I dont want any reply of this mail, i just want to know how much you will taketo resolve my problem as this is going to one month.
