[07:50:29 AM] marga.delport: Good day. I bought a H100 in March and since the beginning a had a major problem with the dealership. Firstly when we bought it we got it with out the special of the canopy or aircon. When I asked about it they said that the special isnt running. THat evening when I watch TV the add was running. So after many phone calls we eventually got the branch to give us the canopy. Then they said we must bring the H100 in for fitment of the canopy. When we took it in they said they dont know who booked the fitment because they dont have stock. So there we sit again. Eventually we got it fit. THen we phoned the branch to say the cabin light doesnt work and they said if it doesnt bother us we can get it fixed the day it comes in for service. I then asked them when the service is due and they said on 15 000km. Now this week when I phoned to book a service they asked me what the KM are and I said just over 14 600km. They said I should have brought it in on 10 000km as that is when service is due. Now I want to know. Who is going to pay for the penalty. As th the other problem we find is that trip meter aint working as well it clears everytime we switch the H100 off.<br />

Please tell me what we need to do as I am very unhappy with the service I received from the Centurion branch and the sales rep.
