ENDLESS RUST PROBLEMS
PLEASE I DO HOPE THAT SOMEBODY CAN ASSIST ME AS I AM NOW AT MY WITS END. I PURCHASED A HYUNDAI ATOS 1.1 AUTOMATIC IN DECEMBER 2009. THE WINDSREENWIPERS RUSTED AFTER 4 MONTH, 8 MONTH AFTER THAT THEY REPLACED THEM, NOW THEY ARE RUSTED AGAIN, THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE HOOD LATCH BECAUSE OF RUST, TODAY THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE OILFILTER BECAUSE OF RUST THERE WAS A HOLE AND IT WAS LEAKING OIL, SURELY A CAR 3YEARS OLD BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX SHOULD NOT RUST LIKE THAT, UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT HAVE ANY PHOTOS AT THE MOMENT, BUT TRUST ME EVERYTHING IN THAT ENGINE COMPARTMENT HAS RUST, SO BY THE TIME I HAVE THE CAR PAID OF IN 2 YEARS THERE IS NOTHING LEFT. ALSO, WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF, I LOST MY SERVICE PLAN BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE THE CAR IN FOR A SERVICE LAST YEAR. THE REASON I NEVER TOOK IT IN WAS I HAD NOT CLOCKED THE 15000 KM. NOW I'M BEEING TOLD IF I DRIVE LESS KM I SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT IN YEARLY I.E. LAST YEAR THIS YEAR, BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE IT IN LAST YEAR I FORFEITED THE SERVICE PLAN AND NOW HAVE TO PAY RAND 1500.00, SURELY THAT IS WRONG, I REALLY WAS NOT AWARE OF THE MATTER. COULD HYUNDAI NOT BE LITTLE MORE FORTHCOMING? AND WHY DO I HAVE SUCH A RUST PROBLEM. YES I DO LIVE BY THE SEA, BUT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO LIVES BY THE SEA YET MY CAR LOOKS THE WORST FOR WEAR AND THE OTHER CARS IN MY COMPLEX ARE MUCH OLDER. WHAT AM I TO DO. I WAS UNEMPLOYED FOR 1 YEAR JUST ONLY RECENTLY GOT A JOB CLOSER TO HOME, AND NOW THAT. PLEASE, PLEASE ASSIST

unsatisfeid repairs
i sent my ATOS in because the car just cut out and you can start it up imediatly and replace one cv boot on the 15 december, late in the after noon i phone to fine out what is going on, then they say they will phone me back, half an hour later i phone again and the same replay, the fhout time they phone me and tell me that the car will not be ready because an outside firm are bussy to repair the cv joint the other fault are rectified and it will cost me R1600.00 for the cv repair. i told the lady that i want see the manager on 17 DECEMBER. on araivel i spoke to someone without a naam .he cuadent ansered my qustion re the cv joint he willphone the outside firm to find out what is going on he give me some feedback that is standard procuder to do it like this, he then turn his back to me and tell me to write to u and complain i am very dissipionted with his view please help me with this R1600.00 for cv cleaning and his customer handeling

Car Parts
My girlfriend was in a accident in December 2009 the 20th today she still has not got her car back from panelbeaters as they are awaiting parts from Hyundai which is totally unacceptable what kind of business are you running, or is it a case of Africa not being important enough as how can the whole of South Africa not have parts for such a popular make of car.
This will be taken up further if i do not can response asap and assistance with this.

Service History
I bought my vehicle from Proton Pre-owned in Pretoria, afterwich I requested the service booklet, as nothing was given to me at point of sale.
After a month the engin siezed, as a result of failing to do the pre-owned checklist. It has then been determined that the vehicle has not been serviced in a while. Proton has then obted to repair the vehicle on their own cost, as they new that it was their mistake.
After 3 months of waiting for my car, I have now received it, but still no service booklet, I requested them to find the service history, or atleast give me new booklet and stamp it, to show that they have done the service.
But still no response.
How can I go about finding the service history or atleast get the to stamp my new book.
I would realy appreciate any response on this matter.

bad service hyundai alberton
I drive a Hyundia Atos.. its 3 years old and has app 60, 000km on the clock.
Ive gave my car in at Hyundai due to lack of power on the 10th of October 2008.. it took them 3 weeks to find the problem.. and now im being told that i must wait another 2 - 3 weeks for parts to area...
They dont wanna give me an curtosiy car nor do they even reply to messages left etc!!
i mean WTF.. what happened to customer services!!!
