Dear Sir
In line with the communication I had sent you earlier in regard to my car, I would like to bring it to your kind attention following points. I had undertaken repair work with your authorized dealer Sharayu Hyundai from Navin Mumbai. I am also enclosing the detailed bill received from them.
Heavy rusting has taken place in the Cowl Panel Assembly which has not been detected in time in spite of my regular servicing and maintaining the vehicle. But rusting of other parts and subsequent replacement of parts definitely does not come under wear and tear logic. Sr. No 11 to 15 and Sr. No. 26 & 27 does not definitely come under wear and tear clause. I do not see any vehicle of seven years old had this extensive damage and replacement of parts and you would also appreciate my concern. Further the extent of damage and the vehicle running only around 33000 Kms does point out that damages are only due to wear and tear. In the complex I live in, there are many cars of Hyundai Accent more than ten years old and damage of this type is not seen anywhere. These inner parts can never get rusted and when I discuss with friends and other garages, they are surprised to the extent of corrosion. I am attaching the photographs taken for your view and assess the damage.
Further when I initially approached the dealer for repair estimate, I was indicated to the extent of Rs. 22000/= or so, whereas subsequently the repair cost has come to the extent of Rs.90000/= which does not fit into any logic. So this huge amount for repair is highly illogical and for no fault of mine. Since I feel this is not due to any fault of mine, I expect the company to compensate the damages. I am sure with good customer relationship, you would consider my request and offer the best possible help.
Thanking you and with kind regards,
Hope you would respond immediately
