I am at the end of my tether I have brought my car in now over four times for the exact same complaint and each time I get told it is something else….
I got my car back on Tuesday afternoon and by last night the noise was back and I can hardly get the car in to first gear and it is sticking in reverse as well.

I am a bookkeeper that gets paid per hour each and every time I have had to bring the car in and fetch it, it has cost me personally…..

I really need this to be addressed ASAP or I will have to go directly to Hyundai and express my totally dissatisfaction with the way in which the problems have been
Not sorted out but compounded each and every time.

I know of someone who had the exact same noise as my vehicle I seems to depend on the weather and if the car has been sitting on a incline for the first couple of minutes driving
The car sounds like the breaks are worn and its as if steel is on steel….. the problem with their car was the FIRE WALL and I expressed this the previous time I brought the car in
And was told no now it’s the clutch cable, so with a NEW CLUTCH, NEW CLUTCH CABLE I cant get the car in GEAR….

Cheat & Fraud - Non delivery of the car and delay in refund of booking amount
Dear Sir,

A number of complaints have been posted against A1 Hyundai, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai and now I am their latest victim.

I have booked a car (Hyundai i10 Asta 1.2 WS GLS AT) from A1 Hyundai showroom on July 4th in my wife's name (Anu Goyal) and paid an advance of Rs. 50, 000/- by cheque number 113532 dated 4/7/10 drawn on HSBC Bank.

However, even after waiting for 32 days for the delivery, A1 Hyundai failed to get an allotment of the vehicle from Hyundai and kept making false promises.

On August 6, I asked the dealer (Mr. Lucky) to canceled the booking and refund the booking amount and he agreed to refund money withing 8-10 days. However, now he is not even refunding my booking amount citing that there are no funds in their account.

Could you please advice, how should I get my refund of my booking amount from them.

Clutch Burnout
I purchased a Hyundai i10 from ST Antony's Cars Pvt Ltd Kollam, on 31 Aug 09. On 09 May 10, there was a burning smell while driving and I took the car to the service station. They said that the clutch had burned out. A clutch burnout in such a short time can only be due to defective manufacture/part failure. The company is not ready to reimburse the cost to me.

Bad Service
Dear sir / madam,
I regret to inform that today, I have delivered my car I10 (AP 10 AS 7141 ) for first servicing and job to be carried out duly mentioned in the authorization letter but they have not attended the job and returned unattended, I bring to your noticed that at the time of sale Mr.Anil (sales executive ) assured me good service after sales all the times in future. But the fact is they were all false promises
When I enquired why the job mentioned in letter was not attended, they have not replied and simply blamed the service manager ( Bheemsain Kulkarni & Mr. Jagdish) to be responsible, causing lot of inconvience to me by rendering such a poor service. I am very much upset with the behaviour and replies received from Talwar Hyundai employees, which I never expected.
Iam feeling sorry for dealing with Hyundai dealer ( Talwar Hyundai, Secunderabad )

Tyre problem
My Hyundai Make Car i10 purchased in last year has got severe Tyre problem. The complaint is loged with MRF Ltd and informed to The local dealer of Kothari Cars pvt ltd. Neither your dealer nor the Vendor is responding on the same. Till date I havent received any positive feedback from neither of them. Therefore I request you to initiate the matter seriously and replace the defective tyres ( 3 nos. ) at the earliest. Failing to which I shall have left no alternative than to go for consumer forum. you may contact me on the following address and or cell number.

Complaint about my vechile i10 magna kappa.
The below letter copy is i have sent to hyundai customer care on 24th june, still my car is in service center they are telling the parts is not avialable, and still my windshield problem is not yet resolved, they are telling there are some procedure, the manufactores will come for an inspection about winshield this is 2nd month i registerd against this issue. none will came, i think after an accident they will come.

What i want to do..

I am a proud owner of i 10 magna kappa from 3 Feb 2009(4 momth) till my second service. Two days after the second service the vechile started giving me trouble it started with a small sound from the engine and the sound increased day by day. The now the vechile is in MGF service center Palarivatom - Cochin - Ernakulam - Kerala - India. The service engineres over there are they not able to find out what is the trouble with my vechile. when i contacted the service center they requested me for two weeks time which is not acceptable by me as i am a business person in a starting stage and my travelling is 100-120 Kms. So please check in to my matter and do the needful as soon as possible, otherwise it may effect your cost and dealer reputaion if i move to leagal actions which will be a waist of time for the three parties.

Hoping that you may consider my matter immedieltly and giving me full support by sending your i10 enngs to MGF service center Palarivatom - Cochin - Ernakulam - Kerala (To my knowledege this is the first ever engine complaint registered on a i10 kappa kerala)


NB: Even before this complaint i have registered the compliant about my front windsheild at the same service center which have not been taken care about till date.

Greetings of the day!

This is in continuation to the mail sent to CR earlier. DATED 16/04/2008.
I will meet you in probably any CII meet you join or any Korean meet we will have. Because I know this letter will probably not reach to you.

I am serving a punishment to take a decision for buying Hyundai car. I will not let this happens with my friends, colleague or family.

This is in reference to the purchase of Hyundai i10 Magna to be purchased from Suhrit Hyundai Greenpark in the name of Chetan Negi.

Your organizational structure is so complex that your receptionist transfers the calls directly to customer care without proper listening what the customer wants to say.
If I am dialing board nos. then I can reach to toll free customer care nos also.
Then she transfers the calls to the sales people Like vikas saxena who is Handling this case from last Thursday but not been able to help me by giving the Excuse of ICICI formalities which is not correct and not true.

I have called atleast twenty times to get the contact people names and
Ms Farah was the first contact person to reach.
In Hyundai corporate Ms Neeru told me that I will receive a call from Neeraj kohli he never calls.
Mr saurabh srivastava never picks up phone.
Mr Mohit chabbra is so busy that a cheque can not be made in favor of dealor for past 5 days.

Today also they can not deliver me my car. My finance people are going to charge EMI from 4th of may which the loan i have not used.I was told either take refund or we will transfer your case to MGF Hyundai. I went to MGF on Monday waited whole day at home but they could not deliver the car.

Now today 21st of april they are refusing to deliver the car.
If i transfer my case to another dealor like SAMARA or MGF karolbagh who are ready to give car by tuesday itself they are asking for change in rate of interest applicable from last week. 13.5 % to 14.75% ICICI bank

There is no other hope but to lodge an FIR against suhrit (COPY ATTACHED) and now I refuse to buy any Hyundai CAR.

Looking forward for an immidiate response.

This is in reference to the purchase of Hyundai i10 Magna to be purchased from Suhrit Hyundai Greenpark in the name of Chetan Negi.

I have been seriously humilated by the dealor and they dont bother with the reputation of Hyundai. I have prviousely worked with Samsung india and i know the Korean Culture.

It is indeed a shame to have dealors like suhrit.

I booked my vehicle on february and i was told to get the delivery on Monday April 14. Last day of Navratra.

Today also they can not deliver me my car. My finance people are going to charge EMI from 4th of may which the loan i have not used.
Now today 16th of april they are refusing to deliver the car even on 24th of april. They are ready to refund my 45000 Rs downpayment i have deposited two months ago.
If i transfer my case to another dealor like SAMARA or MGF karolbagh who are ready to give car by today itself they are asking for change in rate of interest applicable
from last week. 13.5 % to 14.75% ICICI bank which is indeed a big cost 400 Rs a month per emi is the difference. Please calculate by yourself for 60 months .

My loan was approved and cheques have been given and has been disberssed by the bank in next two days to suhrit past 15 days.

Please take this mail as an intimation that any action i am going to take would be against directly Hyundai party Suhrit Greenpark.

Looking forward for an immidiate response.

Dear sir,

On 12th febuary 2008 ill give advance Rs. 10000.00 to Suhrit Hyundai S-6 Building No 18-19,Gulmohar Community Center,Yusuf Sarai.New Delhi:110016 for my new i10 magna as per there executive Amit Malhotra they say that we give u car at old price on 25 th feb from 13th feb price are increasing but on 24th ill asked Amit Malhotra about car he said we not give u a car on old price. ill said him ok return my advance money he said that we cut some charges but i tryed to ur else showroom they not chargeing any thing for cancel booking.

on 25th feb ill give request of my cancelation of booking but i still not receive check from shruit hyundai daily they say tommorow.

on 13th of feb ill register my complaint on your coustomer care center by phone on this no. 1800-11-4645 complaint no. is 1-11324714 still i not get any status from your side. they people also saying we talk them we talk them daily i am calling at your coustomer care stil my problem is not solve

please solve my problem as soon as possible
