Two psychopaths at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine are still using this I.C. System Inc. to harass an employee. Daniel J. Rader and Linda C. McCrae (there are others, but the focus is on the psychopaths), gained unfettered access to an employee's credit history by using Penn Medicine's associated collection agencies. One thing to know about psychopaths is that they will go out and find EVERY way possible in an attempt to destroy or discredit you, especially when it is THEY who have the most to hide.
I.C. System put adverse information on all this employees credit reports. When the employee inquired to I.C. Systems, it was supposedly for an eye procedure. There was an eye procedure, but the bill was paid in full. This was proven to I.C. Systems at the time, yet I.C. System persisted in this trumped up lie. At any rate, the I.C. System adverse listing has absolutely nothing to do with Rader, McCrae or The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine directly.
I know that whenever this particular employee would schedule time off for medical/dental/eye care, etc., he/she would inform Linda C. McCrae only. She (McCrae) would pass this information on up to Daniel J. Rader, et al. The employee had an eye appointment for glasses. In this particular appointment, Daniel J. Rader called ahead and had the employees eye doctor order and unusual eye test to verify if the said procedure I.C. System had adversely listed on the employee's credit report belongs to him/her. This is preposterous, but my doctor to confessed. Why would Rader and McCrae be this intimately involved in an employee's life? It is because they are psychopaths, constantly on the prowl for any and everything they can use against, not just only this particular employee but others as well, to gain complete control over a person.
To make a long story short, the employee contested the I.C. System adverse information reporting. And since I.C. System, a collection agency, has a subscription to the credit bureau, the burden of proof was shifted to the employee. The credit bureaus would not remove the adverse information because if I.C. Systems they stated that since I.C. Systems has your SS#, DOB and address, it must be true. This was there explanation. This is crazy. Needless to say, the employee refused on principle. He/she would never be blackmailed into paying for any adverse charge he/she did not incur, just because it is reported to the credit bureaus. Needless to say, the negative mark stayed on his/her credit report until the statue of limitation ran out. Now I.C. system is still prying into the employee's credit report, and coincidentally at a time when this employee is at loggerheads with both Daniel J. Rader, M.D., Linda C. McCrae and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine for harboring destructive psychopaths. Coincidence? I think not.
