These is one of the most crooked companies I have ever delt with. Their people are rude, and overbearing. BEWARE OF INVOLVEMENT WITH THEM. THEY ARE WITHOUT CONCIENCE.

Handling the settlement of my fathers estate, I called a company to do some maintaince, on the estate's behalf. A service call lasting 10 minutes, and thirty dollars of parts or so and they were on there way. I recieved a $262.43 bill for the call, with no itemization. I became very ill, and knowing the bill was incorrect it went unresolved. It was turned over to I.C. Systems, who immediately put a $106.20 surcharge on the bill bringing the total to $368.62. After months of tests my illiness was diagnosed, and I proceeded to clean up this matter. The company, Aqua Soft, realized they had made an error and had double billed me. I asked that they contact I.C Systems and have this item removed, which they agreed to, (it cost me 40 plus points on my credit report. I paid Aqua Soft directly in full $182.17. They made three calls to them, but the company would not remove it from my report. I called I.C. SYSTEMS several times and explained the same thing to them and they very rudely refused. THERE IS NO JUSTICE... PEOPLE, COMPANY'S LIKE THESE NEED TO BE CONTROLED.
