They charged me $33.98 for some mess I never requested. Also, my bank's customer service gives me a check number they used against my account which I haven't ever written in my whole lifetime! Ava gives me this page to come to with some refund confirmation number to get my money and overdraft charges back on my account. I'm still unhappy because I want my account fixed NOW! Not sent to some stupid typing wall. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau about this group of people. Makes me wonder if this "confirmation code" is to make sure we were "given" a number and typed on the wall. If my money taken is not back on my account tomorrow (ALL OF IT! EVERY DIME!), I'll make sure to make many more phone calls many more days!
