It cost me $29.95 over 2 months ago. I have contacted them daily for the last 3 weeks, requested a name & phone number for their company headquarters. I keep asking about when I will receive my merchandise, being told for the last 2 weeks that it has been shipped. I am ready to contact the FTC for this fraud! All I ever get back are emails from a James Clarkson & can provide the numerous emails back & forth. I want to talk to the headquarters but am at the point of just trying to research the settlement attorney & request the info from them directly!!! Becauses we were patient & did wait the full 2 months plus, we are not even eligible for our money back from the bank. This IS FRAUD!!!
Last email from the same person as always received June 3. This was after me asking for tracking numbers in lieu of filing an FTC complaint.

Your order WAS shipped. We use standard shipping, which can take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. On that note, we've had customers receive their orders as quickly as 1 business day, and in a few cases some customers do not receive their order for 10 business days.
NOTE: Business days are MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
