	December 2, 2008 Books delivered not requested I have never ordered books from your company! Did receive some books, Sent all books back to you on November 17 from Kansas City. I have a confirmation of such by the U.S. Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt. They say that the books were delivered back to you on November 20, 2008. I dont have any idea how or why you shipped the books to me in the first place. I'm sure that you dont have any record of an order with my signature on it. I would appreciate that you dont contact me again. Bruce L. Rogers
	July 19, 2008 item i didn't buy I was send a bill for something I didn't oder, just like the othere complains you have. I didn't oder item 922-116, I would like my money back, , , , Thank you
	April 17, 2008 fees I am having $29.00 a month taken from my account & going to this location. I do not remember authorizing this, but if i did i would like to have it stopped.
