I purchased a 1500 series I Heater from this website "officialiheater.com" thinking that they were the same company as the "1-888-444-9039" which is posted on their website. They are totally different, if you order from the 888 number you will not be charged a 15% restocking fee (which came to the grand total of $56.85 for me, not to mention the $21.00 return shipping charge). Customer service from the website is a joke. I started leaving various messages and emails on Saturday the 9th and they finally contacted me 4 days later on Tuesday the 12th. Don't make the same mistake that I made, to avoid this 15% restocking fee call the number "1-888-444-9039" to place your order.
