Like everyone else I did not check the legitimacy of this website prior to ordering baby formula. However, I started my investigation after 5 days. I e-mailed the company to find out when to expect shipment, no response. Then I went on line again to their so called "on line chat"--on line means a person. Nothing. I did more research and found out the company was based in Torrance California--my husband looked for the address, found it. But the area in question looked suspect for a business and likewise no suite #130 at this address. I called the telephone number we found for this company, which was on my credit card statement, but it was after 2 pm, and the recording stated open 10-2 M-F. So I called the next day at 10:30 am--same recording. I demanded they call me immediately, nothing. The recording itself is unprofessional--another clue. Even if I were to receive the merchandise I would send it back after reading other complaints about glued on labels. I would not give an infant tampered formula. Next I immediately called my reputable credit card company to have the transaction taken off my account which they did. What's the next step? Maybe the police.
