I am resident of Mahabubnagar(A.P) at D.No. 1-6-85/5/B, Subhashnagar. I have a water purifier viz., Auquaguard i nova model having purchased the same directly from the company. I have paid AMC for two years vide invoice No.11305124 dated 7-9-2006 by paying an amount of Rs.1790-00 to the service centre is D.No.8-4-771/B, Ist Floor, Beside SBI, Barkathpura, Hyderabad-27, phone numbers are 27567185, 27564872 etc. At the time of taking the AMC he assured me to visit for every six months and to change the filters for every one year. My AMC is valid till 6-9-2008.
At the time of taking AMC i.e., in the year 2006 they have changed filters of purifier and assured to make a visit as mentioned above.
Thereafter no one turned to me for about 18 months. I have tried to make a complaint to the given phone numbers but every time there is no response and there is no one to answer the phone calls.
At last I could contact the service centre in the month of January 2008 and made a complaint for which a service personal visited my house about 20 days thereafter but interestingly he did not bring any filters with him to change and promised to me change the same within a week days and went away by cleaning the same. Thereafter he did not turn to me for about 3 months. I have again tried to contact the service centre but the same situation continued and at last my call was answered and a complaint No.as 49 dated 12-4-2008 is given to me and assured to visit within 3 days to change the filters. Thereafter one service personal also called me and informed that he is coming on Sunday i.e., 20-4-2008 to attend the problem. But no one is turned to me till today and there is no response as usual from the service centre when called. At present my filter is making noise and not working. I am totally disgusted with the behaviour of the service centre. Hence I request the management of the eureka forbes to take immediate action otherwise I will be compelled to approach the proper forum of law for proper redressal.
