My name is Aman Bhardwaj. This is to inform you that I am getting mental harassment & abusive language from I Smart Global Private limited, which is situated in Mohan corporative industrial area, in Delhi, land mark back side of V customer on matura road. Approx 9 months back I was working there as an Executive, Approx 6th months back I have resigned from that company according to their terms & conditions and I suffered 15 days notice period, You will get surprise to know that they has not given me my last month salary till today, For what I struggling since 5 month, when I 1st time asked about my salary they said to call after few day, then this time period has converted into few month, but now this time has not converted into year, they update me “GO TO HELL WHAT EVER YOU CAN DO, DO IT FOR YOUR SALARY BUT WE WILL NOT GIVE” Miss Neetu HR of this reputated company had no will to help me, she was feeling glad to make me fool, every time she provided me a new number of concerning person and said to discuss this salary issue with him, but every time number was going switch off continuously, Sir you will not believe that just 2 month back I was suffering from chicken pox & I was hospitalize at my home in Aligarh, how much I need money at that time only god & I know, I am alone son of may parents just 23 year, during that serious time got words from my Company related my salary “GO AND DIE WE DON’T BOTHER” related your problem. Sir I have lost my patience. I want compensate for this abusive language & mental harassment. Now tell me is there some who can help? Sir please help me You are only my Single Hope…………………….
