I ordered their trial tooth whitening product. I too had $88.99 taken out of my account a couple of weeks later. I called them and got the same run around others on this site got. I've called my bank and I am reporting them to the CA Attorney General, the BBB for the Glendale area and also to Crest and Oral-B products owned by Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH. I am also reporting ten to the IC3 division of the government for possible investigation by the FBI. I am furious. Their practices are so fraudlent, if only by misconception, and I don't intend to drop this until this company and ones like them are put out of business!
