I HAD BOOKED THREE SEATS OF AC I ST CLASS ON TRAIN NO 2556 GORAKDHAM EXPRESS FOR 23 OCT 09. ALL THREE WERE ON WAITING LIST 1, 2, 3. ONE SEAT AGAINST PNR NO 2365168137 WAS CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF BOARDING THE TRAIN, HOWEVER THE OTHER TWO SEATS AGAINST PNR NO 2627476594 WERE NOT CONFIRMED AND I HAD TO TRAVEL WITH MY FAMILY FROM BHIWANI TO LUCKNOW WITH LOT OF DIFFICULTIES. HOWEVER, I REALISED TO MY HORROR THAT THREE AC II TIER PESSANGERS HAD BEEN UPGRADED TO AC I ST CLASS AND ONE PESSANGER WAS ISSUED WITH AC I ST CLASS CURRENT TICKET AT DELHI. I SUFFRED HEAVY FINANCIAL LOSS IN ADDITION TO HARDSHIP FOR THE ENTIRE JOURNEY INSPITE OF PAYING THE INDAIN RAILWAYS FULL FARE FOR THREE TICKETS OF AC I ST CLASS.

Dear Sir,

Today I applied for Mobile Office services of Airtel. After waiting for more than 30 minuets I could not get the activation message, whereas the subscription charge Rs 20/- was debited from my account balance. After about 30 minutes I send a message that I am not activated with MO services even after money is reduced from my account, please activate it. For that SMS also a amount of Rs 20/ is reduced from my account.

It is requested that my account is to be reverted back with amount of Rs. 20 which has been cut wrongly. If the same is not done it will force me to lodge a complain with TRAI and Consumer Forum for lack of services and wrongly cutting the Rs 20/-.

Please revert back to me immediately.
