3 Star hotel?????...what a joke. Booked this over the phone obviously for a quick last minute trip to Orlando for new years on the 30th of December. At $60 a night I didnt expect a palace but at least adecent and with respectable people.
The night we arrived, being the same day I booked it. It was already late in the night to try and find something better once we saw the appearance. Plus we were hearing everything was sold out for new years eve.
So i signed my contract for 2 nights already paid by phone earlier and took my key, only to find the most disgusting room ever. It was like in those movies, when fugitives are on the run...no joke. So we settle in, took showers with stained towels to dry ourselves off with. Gross comforter and carpet!!! stinky

And then first thing in the morning we get a knock on the door asking if we were staying another night. I said yes I was paid for 2 nights and then my phone rings. I was planning to sleep in but with all this that went on...forget it. The receptionist told me that if I had reserved for 2 nights I needed to check out and check in again becasue those were there rules.???
I go to the front desk then after packing up all my stuff and calling around for another hotel (which none were available) and she tells me I have no reservation for the second night now. That she did not care what my print out sheet said, and that we had to leave because that room was already reserved for someone else.
I did get really upset and w/o raising my voice told her it was not possible and called Ian reservation who heard the whole arguement and then gave me a voucher...they spoke to her and she figured something out because I got my key back to work in my room.
But then the clerk starting again tellin me it was my fault and my problem because she was not there when i checked in. She did not even make sense, and when I told her it was not rocket science to figure out that if had payed for 2 nights it meant i was checking out on the morning of the first...she cursed and said i was calling her an idiot. Needless to say I didnt sleep for 2 days and barely stayed out for newyears in fear that when i came back to my room someone else was sleeping in it. I had left all my stuff in my car just in case. so at 1am I was unloading my car to sleep for a few hours. It was a horrible experience. Please do not stay here. Let me save you the grief.
