Mislead/misinformed
I froze my account and was assured nothing would come in or be able to come out. Well the next day I checked online and iI had two returned check charges. Now the account is closed and I opened another one and they transfered those fees to my new account. Even after i was assured that nothing would come in or out. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they will be refunding my money due to the under qualified employees hey have working there. The manager Joel is very rude so is the sales associate Janiele. Do not bank with this bank. The customer service sucks and the lie to you.

They do NOT refund ANY overdraft fees as a courtesay...THEY SUCK!!!

Cheque
I received a email from abou me winning a lottery, E599, 999 cheque, dell 6400 laptop, baseball cap, security, t-shirt, and certificate.They give me a choose of a courier IBC INTERNATIONAL BONDED COURIER, IBC COMPLEX, 363 STOCKLEY CLOSE, WEST DRAYTON, MIDDLESEX UB7 9BL ENGLAND, 44-704-571-1846, 707-515-8042.
I would like to know is this lottery for real or is a scam.

Money disappeared from safe deposit box
After my husband died in November 2007, the bank employees changed the way they allowed me to access my safe deposit box. They would come take MY key and the bank key and sometimes, access my safe deposit box with both keys outside of my site and without any surveillance cameras in the vault.
I had the employees who helped me, write down the amount in safe deposit box. On February 12m 2008, I had them count the money, and fifteen thousand four hundred dollars was missing.
The bank has not been cooperative with my representatives, nor the criminal investigations officers and investigators who are investigating the matter.
I would advise folks to avoid using the IBC banks in Texas or Oklahoma.
