Dear Mr.Antonio Vazquez,

I am member of IBERIA Plus and my number is 44031334 .
we ( my familiy and my friends to / 13 persons totaly ) have took flight of IBERIA while going and back to/from USA recently .

I would like to transmit my complaints regarding problems we faced with as follows ;

1-The restriction on number of luggages as 1 pc eah person is indecent application that we have never faced among another Airline companies such as Turkish Airlines, Singopure, Air France, KLM, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, Emirates and it was the first time .We did not understand that logic of quota when we carried how many we had unless we over certain kg assigned for each person .
We had so many bad times due to that reason on NY Kennedy Airport

2-We ordered Muslim menu beforehand, we had a menu seems to be a Muslim but it was actually a vegetarian menu which we disliked .

3-We was about to have breakfast contains pork meat then I warned stawerdess whether it has pork meat or not then she replied YES, changed onto Muslim breakfast but unfortunately it was vegetarian menu again .If I did not warn stawerdess, I would have pork meat !
Meantime, I do not understand such application on serving pork meat, It is very common and forbidden to serve pork meat among international flights !

4-The absence of complaint from on the craft was another question mark .

I will appreciate if you can return on above subjects .
