Has anyone else fallen victim to this shady company?

A few months ago, my wife and I were surfing the web, looking for affordable PS3's for our kids and happened to have stumbled upon the aforementioned "company". We placed the orders, made payments and they still woudn't send us anything. Always coming up with a different excuse to get us to send more money until we finally got fed up and told them we weren't sending them another dollar. We told them we wanted our money back and they have been hesistant to respond ever since. Request assistance in this matter. If anyone has more info about them and how to report them and make them pay, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
