After receiving printed adveritsement I went on line to order two complimentary products that offered free trial, "Total Cleanse" and "extreme AcaiBerry" for charge of $5.95 each for shipping & handeling fees. About one month later I received Total Cleanse and two weeks after that, Extreme AcaiBerry. I tried total Cleanse for trwo weeks and quit as I felt no change. Then in the first part of December I received an email invoice stating a shipment had beeen made and the charge was listed. As I have only received the initial trial shipment and no other s I called my Bank and then learned Ibizprogram.com had been taking mony from my checking account since the 12th of November. I then put in a claim to have this money returned as it was not an authorized transaction. I also found other deductions were taken totaling $282.89. I have since requested the Bank to have these payments voided and refunded and must wait for this to go through. As this was advertized as a no obligation transaction that was the main reason I orderd the products. As I am wary of these type of health improvement offers I would not have ordered if it was not stted as a no obligation trial offer. This type of business does not belong in tahe community wether with an established address or internet site. Trickery and larceny do not belong in this modern age, and it is my thought this type of business should not be allowed to continue.
