I bought a IBM Thinkpad Laptop A31 off the Ebay Auction, on June 12, 2009 Auction was final that day at 2:20 pm. The final cost for the laptop was$50.00 I was also chasrged $1.70 for insurence fee, & I also was charged $20.00 for shipping & handling. So after adding these charges to my final total it came to a Total of $71.70 Which I paid through "Paypal on June 12, 2009.

I recieved the laptop on June 16, 2009 delivered by U.S. Postage.
I recieved only the laptop with no power cord to even see if it worked, so I took it to be serviced and they told me that this laptop didn't even have a hard drive in it.

On June 23, 2009 I have sent an email to the seller requesting he send me back the total of $71.70 plus an extra $20.00 for shipping and handling for me to send his laptop back to him, making him owe me a Total of $91.70 once I recieve this money I will send his product back to him.
