Refund
Hi This is about IBSN tax services . I lost my patience and putting this complaint. This company filed my tax filing for year -2009 and I payed 265.00 USD for processing fee. But later I changed my mind and do not want to go with IBSN as i saw so many differences between the fees that they charged. So i request them to return my fees and they agreed on it on march 2010 but still now i did not get any response to them. I called custome service lot of times. Always it is same response as they are working on this. But till now I didnt get my money. I sent an e-mail also and no response. Really pain with these guys..at least they could have responded to my e-mail...donnoo wats stopping them to re-pay my money. I have sent almost 10 e-mails to These guys and number of times phone calls...
I am not sure how long it takes for them to do the process, Please don not use IBSN for you tax returns; I am waiting for the response from past 1 and half year so it might be you in future

Refund of the money paid
Hi,
I tried filing my taxes through IBSN for 2010 tax year. These guys did some sort of calculation and asked me to pay $163 to send the PPT. Once I received the PPT, it showed me a refund status of $6500 whereas the taxes that I payed to the US Gov was only $4500. As I was not feeling comfortable with this, I decided to go ahead with another agent who had profound knowledge about tax filing and got my tax filing done through them.
I have been trying to reach IBSN for the refund of the money that I have paid. None of their contact numbers both INDIA and US numbers are not reachable (most of them says switched off) and they are not responding to the email either. I am sure there are many customers who are in my situation some of them whom I know.

No reponse on status of filing
I had used IBSN to file my taxes for FY 2010. Per their status, they have filed the returns in April 2011. I am yet to get my Fed Refund. I need to know if they have really filed my fed returns. They are not taking my calls or answering emails

Non Availability
I was told that my tax returned would be filed through e-filing for this year. IBSN uploaded some documents for me to sign and upload (Used in Paper filing) just one day before the last for filing. I have been trying to contact IBSN for last 1 month, tried all their numbers but nothing worked out. What can I do now ?
I was with IBSN for last 2 years, now I am not going to stay with IBSN at any cost, worst experience.

No response on 2011 tax returns
Such a lousy service. I made payment in Mar 2011 and till date (16 May 2011) they have not filed my taxes!. I kept on calling there contact# listed on the website - NO RESPONSE . Sent mails, escalation mails NO RESPONSE. . I called IRS and checked the status on my file and they said "They don't see file with my name"!. Not sure what to do next. Lost money, peace of mind!

Fraud
This company filed my tax returns 2008, 2009.I got a querey and they asked me only 2009 docs, even i gota querey for both the years.Then I sent my docs again after audit IRS told me to pat 2008 750 dollar and 2009 200 dollar.After that I tried to reach them last 3 weeks their phone is not working.
Moreover for 2010 I gave all my details to file my returns, but till now they didnt file my tax returns.My friends are having the same opinion.This is a fraud organisation.Thanks

became unreachable after the payment
IBSN has becoem completely unreachabel to me immediately after making the fee payment. The tax document preapared was wrong and i wanted to discuss to correct. I e-mail and called them infinite number of times but have not heard drom them even once. I kept on waiting till last minute for their call but never heard from them till now. The amazing thing is that they would receive and call back and answer all question till i made payment, but once i made the payment it was always going to the voicemail and noone ever called me back.

IBSN should be banned and trialed
IBSN Service is abysmal, i strongly recommend a strong action against these frauds and they should be banned, they messed my filling this year

No help from IBSN after tax filing
Hi,
IBSN looks to be an irresponsible organization in giving support to their customers.
I filed my 2008, 2009 and 2010 taxes through IBSN. After filing 2010 taxes, I overpaid IBSN. I was told that I will be refunded the amount after April 18. I have been trying to call IBSN and emailing them ever since but there has been no response. I also went for an SDIRA account through IBSN in 2010 and I was told that IBSN will give proper support SDIRA account holders. There has been no support thereafter and no one picks up the phone.
It gives me a reason to think away from IBSN going forward.

No Response from IBSN
hi
I am filing my tax returns with IBSN this year.
From registration i got continious call from IBSN till i make my payment.
After payment they sent me a PDF with mistakes
i wrote to them but no response, i tried calling the indian contact numbers,
either no reponse or they are switch Off.
can anyone pls help me with this.
can someone pls provide me the escalation numbers or email ids.
