I contacted IBSN for filing my tax returns and they gave me an estimate after which they made me pay $350 towards proceeding to file my returns. When the tax document was prepared, I was not satisfied with what was uploaded and wanted to cancel my filing with IBSN. But after repeated phone calls, they refused to cancel my payment, even though the policy on IBSN website mentions very clearly that the customer can cancel the filing process whenever he wishes to and IBSN shall immediately reverse any excess fees that it charged earlier.

Though I did not confirm to e-file my returns, they are still not ready to refund my amount. And worst part is the attitude of the employees of IBSN. One Mr. Srinath threatens that I do whatever I want to, he will not refund my money, and tells me to approach the court.

All I need is my money ($350) to be refunded to me, as I do not want to donate my hard earned money to IBSN that too for doing nothing.

Cancelation Policy on IBSN Website:
Changes in Tax Return or File Cancellation during Customer Review but before Customer Confirms IBSN to e-file or print paper return: If during the review process, but, before customer confirms IBSN to e-file or print paper returns for onward mailing, should there be any changes to the Tax documents and such changes reduce the fees for the taxpayer or if the customer opines to cancel his filing through IBSN, then IBSN shall immediately reverse any excess fees that it charged earlier. Similarly, if such changes increase the fees payable by a customer, then IBSN shall resend the customer’s revised Tax Document only after receiving such additional fees payable by the customer.

I paid $110 to IBSN for a false refund on my tax filing. They posted $625 refund before I paid the fee of $110. After paying the specified fee, now they are quoting the deduction of $445. All the simple and standard deductions would fetch me a refund of $445. TAXACT would have charge me less than $10 for this refund on standard deduction. Its a $100 ripoff ... for no additional benefit...

I filed my 2009 tax returns from them and I did not receive my copy of tax return document which was sent to IRS. I need it urgently. Please help.

I tried calling, emailing all possible ways but no reply. Phone doesn't work. Emails never got response back. Its urgent for me please try to help.

I had been charged 100 dollars extra by IBSN for getting my Tax return itemized which i didn't do later because of their fake way of doing itemization .

I have been trying to get my refund of 100 dollars from last 3 monnths but they don't pick up the phones . In the e-mail they just say we are returning but do not return .
