This is a fraud company, they will collect money from you for filing taxes but never actually file it. I have been following up with them since many day to file my returns after I paid the amount but they dont respond at all.

Hence I am forced to log this complaint online

Checked the number of grievances the other members have gone thru with your organization when I was trying to find out who is that I have to approach for my problem –

Do not have strength and patience to repeat my problems and hence tried to cut paste all the various messages and escalation I have been trying to do on your website

Need immediate action with the compensation for holding back with my money for so long

Looks fine to me but how would I be compensated for staying patient with all of you. The money is pending with your team from Apr and which is a good 6 months Am I getting my reversal amount with the interest for keeping my cool till date????

From ages I am asking your team to refund of the excess fee that I have paid your organisation for filing my tax. To cut the story short ...please note as per rules and guidelines, I was supposed to pay some 100x $ and I accidently paid $393 amount on 8th Apr 09. The Team has always been assuring that the excess money would be refunded soon but there is no result whatsoever. Need immediate action on this

This is really frustrating from IBSN for not returing our geniune money for over 4 months. Last time, I reported this on complaints board and Nanda Kumar responded that it would be returned by August 25, 2009.
Since then, no response to e-mails, no one picking up calls...forget the return..
I did not expect some claiming as Senior Tax Consultant not keeping the promise.
I see very little hope of getting money back but I will fight against these cheaters.

I am wondering how come this company is cheating so many guys by holding the money.
IRS should ban this firm here. I am looking at the ways as how to bring this matter to IRS/some goverment agency in USA. Will find soon.

This forces the people to click on the link and then takes to IBSN website. They ask to pay 400 US $ from NRI and US citizens.
They are FRAUDS. CRIMINALS and MUST BE BEHIND BARS.

IBSN turned out to be a biggest fraud. I filed my 2008 tax with them(Second time with them). I paid 384$ as fees but opted for Basic filing. Which they said is only 64$ and my extra payment will be refunded the same day. It has been 3 months now and they have not even given back 1cent out of my 320$. I called them 5 times, emailed them 6 times. Evertime they said that the money will be refunded as soon as possible. I'm so frustrated now. Never ever file with them. They dont answer the calls or respond to email after April or so. Turns out the be a big Fraud company
