I had very bad experience with IBSN tax filling company.
On phone they will tell different amount and on site they will mention different charges. On their site before payments they don't mention for which tax filling we are elegible (either standard or itemwise) . They will display tax calculation with both standard and itemwise and once person paid for itemwise calculation. They will upload standard deduction tax calculation. After long follow up they won't listen to you and they never return your money back.

They are big cheater and this company is huge fraud. Please don't ever file your tax with this company. I made mistake tow years but I will never do it again. It was big pain for me and I never get my money back after 4-5 months follow up.
