IBSN is a tax filing company based in India who files taxes for the Indians based in US and working for Indian company. They are working with few large Indian software companies such as WIRPO and INFOSYS. These guys have tax consultants who ask you several questions and promise to save your money. They also offer guaranteed tax filing for additional $100. They will you that they will pay any fees that incur if any query comes from FEDRAL and STATE govt. They will support you.

I paid this additional insurance money to file my taxes in 2008. I filed jointly and me and my spouse had multiple W2 for 2008. These guys made mistake and did not file one of our W2. Now that we have received quety from FED and STATE, Archana Rashmi <[email protected]> and Vikram Ravoori <[email protected]> from IBSN promised me that, they will refund the penalty. I paid all my outstanding balance to government. Now following up with IBSN nearly an YEAR.

IBSN asked me pay to the movement and asked for proof that I had made the payment. I have sent all necessary documents to IBSN and even after my follow-ups for an year they have not paid my money. These guys are not even responding to my emails any more.

IBSN Tax Inc is not trust worthy; they are not professions, never file and trust them. They will CHEAT you. They do not understand US time zones and call you any time in the night. It is better to go a tax consultant in US. When ran my numbers through Turbo TAx, they really did not save any money for me and charged the consultancy fees.

I urge to all my colleges from Indian companies working in US not to file with IBSN ever.
