I swear i don't know where to start but, i'm going to to give it a decent try

First and foremost, absolutely unprofessional staff who doesn't even give a damn about calling customers at a decent time. I have gotten calls from them at 10pm. Trademark of being an off-shored Indian company with no work ethics.

Second, whomever i have spoken to in the recent years, they have basic communication issues. Can't even speak a complete sentence in English properly. Most of the times one has to imagine what is it they are trying to ask/tell you and react accordingly? Often i get a feel that i'm interviewing them.

Third, the supervisors in the organization are as irresponsible as their subordinates. Laxmi Palaypu is the name i recall now. Absolute loser. His word is not even worth a cent.

Fourth, you yourself are responsible for your tax returns. If you trust them just because you are paying them for this service, you got it wrong!! Make sure you verify the all the details.

Fifth, if you have questions, be rest assured that none of these guys will acknowledge that you exist in this world. Won't return phone calls. Won't answer to emails. Escalation emails directly goes to trash. Unless you pay them they won't discuss anything with you.

During the last phase of my interaction, i sent at least 5-6 escalation mails with no replies till date.

God knows how secure your data is with such unprofessional idiots.

Such companies are a disgrace to the Indian Community. I'm wondering if there a way i can lodge a complaint somewhere-someplace and have them audited and shutdown for good.

Frustration that i have as i'm writing this has gone beyond tolerance but, i think i have kept this review clean but, that shouldn't be mistaken for giving them a benefit of doubt. They deserve the best un-parliamentary words known to mankind.
