IBSN is one of the worst company in service industry. I have been filing tax with them 5+ yrs, but over the yrs their service level has gone down.
This year they changed their filing process and now want customers to pay processing fee before even sharing the draft filing copy. Once you pay, the draft copy shared had many mistakes and wrong input. When I rejected, no one responded for 3 days and after 10 calls and emails and not until I called up Laxmi Palayup directly. But even after calling him, i got response after 24 hrs and then the revised draft was equally wrong.
After running after IBSN team and sending numerous mails and trusting to false commitment of floor agents & managers, I decided to cancel my process. First they didnt replied to any of my 5-6 emails. After catching hold of someone on phone, they didnt agree to return the fee immediately. As part of payment terms they have clearly mentioned that in case of cancellation they will do the refund immediately; but they write something on their website and do exactly opposite. On top while discussing and when I took a firm stand on my fee refund, they asked me to be on hold and put me on hold for 2 hrs - yes 2 hrs - I have phone bill as proof for this.
After 1:30 hr, I started calling 10 other nos, but after trying for 20-25 mins couldnt get thru anyone of those and disconnected.

I sincerely request all NEVER EVER NOT to use IBSN tax filing or any services. They are absolute liars, never do what they say or commit - infact commitment doesnt mean anything to them. All they need is your money and then make you run around.

PLEASE PLEASE STOP USING IBSN.
