I sent in a phone in August, they received it in September 2009, and to this day, January 4, 2010, I have never received payment for it, although it clearly shows on my "customer dashboard" that they intend to pay me $12.00 at some point in time, maybe. Their customer service has not responded to my 5 emails now to them on this. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not use this company for anything!

Its been 3 months since ive sent phones in and i havent received a payment. I am trying to be patient with this company, even though it's had bad complaints and still I gave them a try. I just think its only air that you do what you said you will do.

I sent in 2 phones in August, 2009 and according to their website they received them on September 14, 2009. Here it is November 16, 2009 and they say they are still processing the payment. It is a total of $25.00. Now that I have filed a complaint with the BBB in So Cal, I will be also filing a complaint with the US Postal Service since they sent me the envelopes through the US mail. That is out and out theft thru the postal service. I have to say DON'T GET HOOKED INTO THIS SCAM!!!

Did not pay for all the phones sent
Sent 3 phones all show that they were received. They sent payment for 2 and have ignored me ever since. Filed a complaint with the NYS Attoney General and they never responded. Do not send them any phones.

This place doesnt not send you money i sent them three brand new phone 100.00 phones hopeing to get the money to pay a hospital bill never got the money emailed this place they told me the post office lost my phones told me to go to hell and stop emailing me very bad place DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONES TO THEM TRUST ME!!! AGAIN DONT SEND YOUR PHONES TO THEM

Non-payment
I sent in two shipments to IBuyPhones.com containing over 20 Blackberry's and cell phones that were 100% operational, and I have yet to receive payment of any kind. The total price quoted for my devices is nearly $400, and if I check the payment status on the website it says that I have been "Paid", but I have not received one cent.
I have sent 6 emails to Customer Service, and 2 emails to "Lonnie" directly, and the only reply of any kind that I have received was an email a month ago that said "a check would be sent shortly". At the very least I would like to get my phones back so that I can attempt to sell them elsewhere.
I am still holding out hope that I will be paid, but the lack of payment or communication has be worried that this is a huge SCAM. This has been going on for over a month and a half now and I still have not been paid or given any detail as to when I can expect payment.

The company receives your phone and never pays you. They are quick to get your phone in a nice prepaid package. Then you wait..30 day...and then wait some more...Wont respond to emails. No payment made like contract said within 30days.
This company steals your phones by theft by deception. Under the pretense they will pay you something for it after the process it.
Report your ESN's as stolen, making the cell useless.

I have contacted Lonnie several times about my $75 payment for my brand new LGenV2. He has read every email but won't reply!!!
I am now posting on the BBB website about their poor customer service and fraudulent practice.
