Harassment, lack of info
Harassing phone calls, rude and threatening attitudes, these people refuse to give me any information. i have never received a single piece of mail from these people in reference to any collections. they do however call constantly, and when asked for info they refuse to tell me anything concerning the "collection" . Now they are calling asking to speak to my 3 year old son.. Needless to say i refuse to give any information over the phone to people who wont even tell me why they are calling, especially when i have been threatened by the same people seeking the info. The most recent incident included their rep telling me that they would "continue to call me as often as they would like" . After previously being called "ignorant" and subjected to profane language on occasion I figure i have been more than patient enough. As i told the last rep who threatened me the next incident will result in a harassment charge being filed.

Early mornings calls late at night calls.everyday for about 6mo shofar.I want my day in court with this unfair company.

Late/early phone calls, harassing phone calls, being called 15 times in a day!
I get atleast 10 phone calls a day from IC systems anywhere from 7:30 AM all the way till 10 PM, not only are they rude, but when they call you it's not even the main person it's an operator who sometimes apoligizes because the line of the person who wishes to talk to is not available, so they ask me to call them back. They have even got my 5 year old who answered the phone and was very nasty with him! In any case i told them repeatedly that i have NO knowledge of the service that they are looking to collect. They are hitting me with this debt 2 years after the supposed service occured. I have health insurance and i do not Owe anyone anything. So i would appreciate that the phone calls stop, or i will be forced to get an attorney and sue for harassment! I do not pay $1800.00 a month for health insurance to owe any Dr's or hospitals anything!

Rude and harrassing
The worst and rudest people ever work there! I have never been spoken to so rudely to in my life. This woman had an attitude with me from the start and called me a liar, when she had her information wrong! Don't ever settle with them...call the company they are supposedly representing and report them and then settle directly with the company. They are the liars and scammers!

Very Rude
I received a call from IC Systems this morning at 8:01 asking for me to set up a payment for a credit account I have with a bank. I explained to Amanda I just paid that account and I am not paying IC systems since I am currently paying the bank directly and I did not know who they were as a company or why I would pay them when I am paying my bank directly. She would not hear my side of this problem which was "why would I pay $300 over the phone to a company I have no idea who they are and why they are collecting from me when I am paying my bank directly." She said she was noting in my account I was refusing to pay and I stated "I will pay any amount I owe but I need to check with my bank to make sure I am suppose to pay them" and she said I couldn't do that. Why can't I check with my bank? This did not make sense. She put her manager Eric on the phone and he just kept telling me how irresponsible I am for not paying my debt, I retold him I will gladly pay but I am currently paying the account directly to the bank and I would need to speak to the bank directly and call them back...well that was not good enough he called be irresponsible again and hung up. We called the Bank directly and got on a three way call to clear this up and our Bank very professionally told IC Systems we did not owe any money to them and we are not in arrears and to leave us alone.<br />

IC Systems needs to get their facts straight before they call and harass people. I understand they are debt collectors but it doesn't mean they do not need to have customer service skills. I very kindly told them I wanted to verify everything with my bank and they would not hear of it. Why - was this a scam to get money? Why would they be against be confirming this information with my bank before I agreed to pay them. This is scary and frustrating what are people to do when these collectors call and yell and oppress you. Lucky we were smart and deligent to contact our bank but what about the people who don't follow through they are getting ripped off by a company like this. You are a mean company and you should really think about how you talk to people. Even if I owed money to this company they do not need to treat people like this...life is hard enough they do not need to make it depressing. Mean Company - where do you hire your employees from????

Beware of this company
AT&T sold debt to IC Services... In Error! I had taken care of it through AT&T Wireless and as assured by their customer service that the account debt was pulled and reference #'s given, I called back IC Systems and they would not conference me in with At&T, nor would they take down and investigate reference #'s that posted to my account. Or even check on account activity, When stating that I had received phone clls left and right, (3 calls in 5 days is too many in my mind)I was told that that wasn't by their operator Miss Goodman. Next step is to get a Lawyer to clear your credit score deductions from this company. What a scam, they will not even send you paperwork discussing the debt, want credit cards over phone, e-check etc... Beware of this company!

Fraud
During college I lived in 3 different apartments. I left in good standing, getting a deposit refund from each apartment at the end of my lease. In June 2007, after moving to Las Vegas from Michigan, I began getting collection phone calls from IC Systems. I was genuinely concerned to begin with, and I decided to contact my previous residences. All complexes informed me i owed nothing. Well, the calls kept coming, and to my surprise they were for each complex i lived at and a different amount was requested each time! Now 4 years after i moved out of my first apartment, i have a claim for $116 on my credit report. When I call IC Systems they are rude and won't give me any information regarding the nature of the claim, just that I owe and must pay it now! From here I will be contacting the BBB, my former landlords, and if I must, a lawyer. I will not have these people scamming me and ruining my credit.

Workplace calls
ATT uses IC systems as their bill collecter. I and my wife have fallen behind on bills because she had been out of work since 2/10/09 and had total hip replacement, and my salary had been cut.
I sent paperwork to ATT explaining this situation, but they turned it over to IC systems.
When I told them the same story, and offered to give them documentation I was told that they didn't care, circumstances didn't matter AND THEY WANTED THEIR MONEY!!! The Health of my family did not matter. Now they are calling my job. This company, and others, try to demean and lie to people rather tahn trying to work something out. Everyone is not trying to get over.

Rude, Dogmatic and Unhelpful!
IC Systems sent me a letter stating I owed Verizon $114.04 in fees. I had canceled my service with Verizon almost 6 months ago and was unaware of any outstanding balances with Verizon. I called IC Systems and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes dealt with an operator that was unhelpful and just wanted me to: 1. pay or 2. decline to pay. She would not give me any information as to what the outstanding balance was for... she was rude and constantly talked over me as I was trying to ask her questions. She said calling Verizon would not help and that Verizon would not give me any information regarding the matter.
I hung up the phone and called Verizon.
Verizon said it was a "mistake" on their part and told me they were going to contact the collection agency and revoke the collection, but I should still call IC Systems and let them know the new confirmation # from Verizon stating that they are going to revoke the collection.
And by the way, upon my contacting IC Systems I was admitting to receiving their collection notice, accelerating my due date from 30 days to 5!
If you can, don't deal with IC Systems, unless you intend to pay and I would recommend doing that online. They just want your money regardless if it is legitimate or not! They will not help you in any way.

Resfused to answer simple question
I returned a call from this company after they left a message saying that they had received a "fork" (slurred speech) and wanted me to be aware of it. I returned the call and all they would say is that they were IC Systems. I said what do you you sell and they said they do not sell anything. i then asked what they do and they insisted that they needed my phone number first. I told them I am not giving them my number until they can state what they are. The gentlemen insisted that he had to have my number -I guess he does not know what his compant does (mus be nice to get a check for not knowing what you do). I then asked if he was a retailer or a steel company or what and again he did not know.
