Scam and cheating
I started receiving calls from IC systems, since June 1, first on my home phone, now on my cell phone number. The caller first ask me to id myself, then ask me to verify my social security #. When I refused, he says he will call back; then hangs up. Well, my husband and I were on vacation last week, and this guy kept call me at all hours. I finally, blocked that number from my cell phone, but he continues to call my home phone. Thank God for caller ID. The thing is, I don't know why he's calling, but I think it's from an old cell phone company from 4 or 5 years ago.

UNPROFESSIONAL ASSES!
I need to have someone (a lawyer) take these wastes of skin to task for their unprofessional and disgusting business practices. I AM LAID OFF, I HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF MONEY COMING IN, MOST OF IT IS ALREADY ALLOTTED TO OTHER EXPENSES.
They call at ALL of the unallowed times for debt collectors to call, they are crude - harassing and demeaning.
I am SICK OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS BEING ALLOWED TO ABUSE THE SYSTEM. IF I GET ONE MORE CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE I AM GOING TO THE BBB AND MY STATES ATTY FOR ILLINOIS - I'VE HAD IT!

Harrasment Phone
This company has no legal power to collect credit card accounts. No matter what they say. By law a bank can not sell accounts.
This company has called my home an average 8 to 10 times a day.They have been doing this for 8 months. I talked to them and so called supervisor told me he needs my personal bank account number so they can take the money out of my account. I refused then he said he had te right to know that information because I owe him. He was rude and non perfessional.
I have put in a complaint to the FTC. We need to group and take this company to Federal Court and shut them down

Violations of FDCPA
IC Systems are clearly violating more than my complaint, I was'nt surprised to find this site! These people do not understand the federal violation of Fair Debt Collection! I have been harrassed for weeks now, over a 30 dollar debt that I refuse to pay. My choice. This ignorant company didnt realize that the one they were calling used to be a belittling job of being a debt collector, I guess its kind of a blessing in wierd way, that I became chronically ill and was terminated of course. But, these people violate FDPCA laws regulary, yes, I am going to report them legiatiamatly. The dummies can even be told they are violating and they dont care, well, lets have a couple 25, 000.00 fines and think if thats rude!

NASTY ARROGANT and BIG SCAM ARTISTS
OMG how rude of these people at IC SYSTEMS. They scam you into sending more money and tacking on more fees. They are the most rude arrogant people any one wants to deal with. Ecspecially now a days the times are hard, they should just wipe the slate clean, no matter how big or small the amount owed is...

They Keep harassing me at work
This company started calling me at work last month. I didn't regonize the call so I didn't answer the call. I looked up the company and saw it was a collection agency so of course I don't want to talk to them at work. But what's even worse is the # of times they call. I count they call min 8 times a day and max 10 times a day. They even call when I'm not at work which is 9:00 pm my time. Isn't there a law about them calling more than 8 times a day and if you ask them to stop calling you at work they are suppose to?

IC Systems employees are so desperate and aggressive because they are going to be in our shoes very soon!!
For those of you that have experienced IC Systems' aggressive tactics, I'm sure you will all agree that it is absolutely ridiculous. For those of you that seem to be affected by their tactics - Why??? Don't give in to them. Due to economic conditions, more of us than ever cannot pay our bills. What is so funny is that the IC Systems employees will soon be one of us! So relax; be patient. What comes around, goes around. All of their idle intimidations do not work for me; therefore, they should not work for you. Do not negotiate with them. All you have to do is send, via Certified Mail, a Cease and Desist letter. You can get free samples online. You can even fax your Cease and Desist to them at 651-481-6516. Keep your transmittal confirmation. If they call again, just let them know that you have all of your supporting documentation to file a claim against them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You'll win $1000 for each violation. So I say again - DO NOT stress out when they call. Don't get mad; it's not worth it. If they were stupid enough to buy uncollectible debts, then they are stupid enough to violate the law. Also, if you want to have fun with them when they call you, don't confirm who you are (they will ask); just say 'go ahead, give it your best shot; I have all the time in the world to listen and laugh'. If you're lucky enough to be talking to 'Scott', you'll be amazed at how viscious he gets. It's so funny!!! Finally, I'd like to reiterate - the current debt collectors of today will be where we are tomorrow. No one can pay them. Ironically, these company are forced to hire more people because many more Americans have lost their ability to pay. These companies cannot afford to pay their employees a base salary because there is no income coming in for these companies. So, the employees work on commission - it's in 'their' best interest to use any scare tactic they can - if you pay them, they will then get paid. So, let's all give them a piece of the American pie and let them feel the hurt of job loss. Now, hold your head up high and be proud that you are doing the best you can. God forgives us; that's all that matters. Oh, and for the IC System employee that uses the name 'IC is god'' in ripoffreport comments; well, it's obvious that you don't know God Himself. I will pray for you.

harrassment
this company calls my home a least half a dozen times a day evenings an even on sundays and i have told them numerous times the person they are trying to reach does not live here and they continue to call.
this harassment needs to stop.this is not my account and i do not owe these people anything and i want the calls to stop .
i am going to call the bbb, my state rep.and whoever else i can to get them to stop these calls.
i have asked to speak to a supervisor and they will not connect me to anyone .
these people should be put out of business for the kind of harrassment themy inflick on people .
