Unsolicited phone calls
I have been having a continue of dozens of calls everyday calls about an electric bill that I don't even have. I have explained to them I am not going to pay them and talked to the electric company about this problem and they tell me not worry we are not responsible for someone else's bill. But they keep calling without fail no matter what you say to them. After about a few minutes they call again. They are retards... Then they try to get you back on the phone to ask the same question again you spoke to them about a few minutes ago. No matter what you say to them they still ignore anything you say to them. It seems like they call you just to piss you off. They even at times laugh at you while you are talking to them. Do they have a betting game on how many people they can piss off everyday? Its like they don't hear what you are saying to them at all!!!

Scam and cheating
Someone from this company had the nerve to call my Mom's house. I have not lived there for over 21 years. They told her that was the number they had to contact me. That was a complete lie, they found her number in the phone book. I would not use her phone number for a contact for me.
She said they were completely rude and tried drilling her for more information on how to reach me. She told them to never use her phone number to try and reach me and then in turn they called again the next day.

Awful people
They are an AWFUL group of people! I am trying to make ends meet, have food on the table, Make sure my kids are clothed, car that runs, with gas in it!! These people treat you like LOW LIFE!Yeah I did fall behind on Credit Card Payments but I cannot get the 700 Billion Dollar Bailout! Everything is going up but wages. Life is hard and I KNOW that there are more families going thru this, times are hard and Keepin my gas bill, House Payment, and others right now are more important then the Credit Card Payments. Sorry but that is the Cold facts! When you tell them you don't have the cash they should respect you!

Harassment
I C Systems has continued harassed me about a bill that I verified with the provider doesn't exist. They have confused me with another person with my same name that lived in Virginia in the last ten years.
I have mentioned this to these people, again and again, that I have verified with the provider that I don't owe them any money. However, they have continued to use harsh language and threaten me. Their conduct and practices are totally improper and should not be allowed to do business.
They also did this with the State of Virginia claiming I never filed a tax return. I just received a letter from the Treasurer of the state stating my account was in good standing.

Awful experience
IC Systems called my home 5 times today and several times yesterday. When I called them and told them the person they are looking for does not live here and I've never heard of them they basically called me a lier and even called me by that person's name. It took 4 calls to the company because they kept hanging up on me telling me they do not have to listen to me. The associates were very rude and totally disrespectful. They claim they removed me from the list. We shall see. For those who do not know, their web address is icsystems.com.

The are looking for the wrong J0hn Freeman
I keep receiving calls from IC System claiming I owe Verizon and the State of VA, Dept. of Tax money from 2005 and 1995. I have spoken to both organization and verified my account is up to date and current.
An agent with the State of Virginia stated they are probably looking for another John W Freeman that lived in Virginia during 1995 to 2005.
Each time they call the story is slightly different, i.e. my wife agreed to pay the money and the amount changes and the date of the debt.

Awful treatment
I too have been the victim of terrible treatment from this so-called company. Not only have I been treated like a low life, but they have verbally attacked my children, while I was trying to make a living. I have explained my situation with no sympathy or empathy and been told to "grow up and get a real job like the rest of us" No one deserves to be treated in such a manner. Personally I have been trying to make day to day ends meet and knowing that these creeps have been harassing me and my family, along with belittling all of hard work, makes me feel like I have done nothing to move forward. I know I am a good person and circumstances that have gotten me in this situation are none of their business but they need to know that we are doing the best we can to barely get by.

False collection
IC system Collection agency is ignorant and without ability. They have called me three times in a week and after discovering they had the wrong name, address, Social and city they kept calling. The first two people said they did not care, they did not owe an apology and that they would keep calling.
A supervisor got on the phone and said he would remove the name and number from the system and said that these things happen and I need to accept their action. They still called. Guess what, now they can deal with my attorney... This is a slam dunk case. I highly recommend Dean Malone, Attorney in Dallas, Texas...

Harassment/Poor Business Practices
These people have been calling me for the past 7 weeks looking for someone named Irma Mendoza, everytime they call I press the option for wrong # and update records, they can't seem to get the message that Irma does not have my phone number anymore, even after 7 updates. Clearly they cannot read between the lines and must be pretty piss poor at collecting money, I will certainly never use them for any of my business needs.
