Harassing Calls
IC Systems have been calling me a few times a day for the last month. When I did pick up the phone last week, and spoke to someone (Amanda), she explained the reason for the call. Amanda demanded payment on the spot. I told her that I did not have the money at the time and that I will pay my bill with Sprint. She said that was not good enough. She asked me what did I have in my possession that I can sell to pay my bill. She also said that I can donate my plasma (Blood) and get $200.00 for it. At this point I was getting very agitated. I told her that my first obligation was to my mortgage company, she did not want to listen from that point on and keep talking over me. Today I picked up the phone. A gentleman was on the line. I thought he was a gentleman, he explained the reason for the call just like Amanda. I told him the something that I told Amanda, he did not want to listen to what I had to say. In fact he said what bills can you stop paying to pay this outstanding bill with sprint. He also said that I have a new cell phone carrier, and that I should have paid them first, that is true. That is none of their business. They have crossed the line. I had to take a couple of minutes to calm down. I understand that bills have to get paid, but going about it in this matter is not the way. I told my mortgage company that I am having financial difficulty and they understood, and I owe them more than sprint, and they don't call to harass me like IC Systems.

calls everyday after 9pm
I've told these people that eBay has limited my account and so has PayPal and that is why my so called debit hasnt been paid to eBay for doing nothing. Not only does eBay screw you when you sell things by charging a million fees they screw you with PayPal as well, because they charge you fees as well and if you didn't know, eBay owns PayPal. Then after they restrict your account and tell you you can't have your $600 dollars that you have in PayPal they send a collection agency after you. OKAY THAT MAKES SENSE. They limited both my eBay and PayPal accounts so i can't use PayPal to pay eBay online and i can't get my money out of PayPal, then they hit you with a bunch of bogus charges and jack up the price. That's how i got to where this so called collection agency is calling non stop for the past week. they call everyday 3 or 4 times a day. They have even called past 9PM one time and this morning they called at 8 am on a sunday. I dont care what you say this company is wrong. i have even told them I will be sending a check Via FedEx on moday morning. they still dont listen. After all that the young lady hung up on me because i was a little angry and told them the story. Hey lady if your going to be in the business to screw people be prepared to have people tell you you and your company is a piece of S***.

Constant phone messages with no information re purpose of call. No prior notice of any debt being collected
Constant automated messages to my home phone requesting call back regarding a "business matter". Referral number is 1-866-903-1001. When I call this number requesting information about the purpose of the call I am told I cannot be given this information unless I tell them my telephone number. When I ask why I would need to do this considering that they have called me and therefore must have my number I am told they cannot give out any information because of "privacy" requirements. I have no outstanding debts I know of and I have not received any correspondence about an unpaid debt. I am told the calls will continue to be made. This is harrassment and invasion of my privacy. What government agency or agencies can address my complaint?

HARRASMENT ON JOB
I.C. SYSTEMS IS CALLING ME EVERYDAY TWICE OR THREE TIME A DAY AT WORK. I TRY NOT TO ANSWER THEIR CALLS BUT IT'S A PAIN IN THE --- FOR THE RECEPTIONEST. I NEED FOR THESE CALL TO STOP NOW OR I WILL HAVE TO GO AND SEE A LAWYER.

Harrassing Phone Calls, then Hang up on YOU!
They begin calling at 8 AM, usually multiple times in a row. I no longer pick up because when I say that my daughter is not at home and ask to take a message, they hang up without saying another word. Her student loan repayments have been deferred, but apparently word never got to I.C. Systems. They call virtually all day, every day, until about 8 or 9 o'clock at night. I've thought about just saying I am my daughter so I can get a word in edgewise and tell them "my" student loans have been deferred, but I'm not a liar and don't intend to start lying just because they have no moral or ethical standards.

Harassment!
IC Systems calls my house constantly and its always some stupid recording.Once in awhile its a person. Its christmas eve and they have ALREADY called SIX TIMES today and its only noon!!! I told them to stop calling. but the lady was very rude. I have resorted to changing my number. I cant wait for it to take effect so I do not have to get these annoying calls!!!

Scared my Daughter
My Daughter picked up the phone on what I looked up to be a collection agency of some kind and was brought to tears. Admittedly she is sensitive but I still need to make a stand on these clowns please help.
My wife handles the bills and yet is working on consoladating our credit or something like that and I am on Family Leave to keep an eye on Grandma. Still, this is ridiculous.

We keep getting phone calls for a person referred to as “Joe”. There is no Joe that lives here. I’ve told John, the person that keeps calling here, that it’s not my debt and to stop calling here, but he won’t stop.

How to Stop the calling?
I am 13 years old and during the day since it is summer break, I am babysitting my 10 year old sister. I.C. Systems repeatedly calls looking for our father and when I tell them he is not home, they ask for his cell number. I refuse to give them this info and the lady begins to be rude. I hang up immediately, but they always call back. I have been woken up at 10:30 at night by one of their calls, and I am getting tired of it. We normally don't answer, but the phones with(as I wrote this they called again!) Caller ID are in a completely different part of the house, so I just pick up the phone with no Caller ID and hope its not I.C. Systems. Is there ANY way to stop these calls?

Harassment
I have received over 75 phone calls from this company. They claim they are trying to reach the person that I bought a mobile home from. They claim that since the phone account here is still in her name, I must surely be in touch with her. The fact is that I am not. The fact is that the woman and I made arrangements to keep the phone account intact, in her name, because I could not afford a deposit to the phone company.
I told this to three different individuals on three different occasions. All three of them became argumentative and accused me of 'knowing' her and 'being in touch' with her. Most of the time, when I recognize their phone number on my caller id, I just ignore it. The last time they called, I answered, hoping to talk some sense into these pushy, rude, assumptive "people". Again, I was accused of 'covering' for this woman from whom I bought the mobile home. I told them that the "next time I hear from their company"... at which point they hung up on me and did not hear me say they would be hearing from the attorney generals office and Governor Richardson himself if need be.
I simply cannot believe that a company like this can continue to exercise such rudeness and license with complete strangers, strangers who are not even involved in whatever the heck they are looking for, and STILL be in business! I also feel very sorry for anyone who does have legitimate business with I.C. Systems Inc. I tracked them by area code and know that they are in Minnesota.
