I was SCAMMED by a previous employee MIKE COBB for several hundreds of dollars!!! He was charging me for repairs, parts and when I took my car back he was no longer with the company, so the manager told me that he was fired for scamming the customers out tof their money. So the store manager issued me a credit. He basically was a CRACKHEAD!!! So this store was sold and the new owners were aware of what had taken place. they agreed to honor the store credits. Now when I go to use my store credit, Emily (the owner) said she couldn't find it but she printed a paper in my face an threw it away. So, I found the credit slip and presented it to her becasue I knew she was going to try something!!! I left my car their and now jer and her husband Mike says that I need not only a tire rod (which would cover the total) but now I need a spring, struts, etc. She said the inner tire rod is good but the outter is bad. So, I suggest that the credit cover the amout of the outter tire rod and let the remaining of the credit cover the cost of the spring. She says her employees can't work for free BUT YOU HIRE ANY ONE OFF THE STREETS THAT SAYS THEY CAN FIX A CAR!! TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PLEASE, PLEASE DON NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THEM, THEY ARE RIPE-OFFS AND A BUNCH OF DRUNKS!!!
