WRONG BILLING
Hi, i am Bashir s.Mulla, i used icici bank credit card more than one year, but in the month of Oct 2008, I received bill of Rs.6570.00, & that bill show Rs.4197.00 is reversal payment of june 2008, but fact is i already paid that payment on 3rd jully 2008, through SBI Cheque (cheque no.209631), even after received bill, i immediately talked with icici bank person, who told me you will receive corrected bill shortly, then i received double amount bill, & its increasing every month & now its become Rs.23000.00 & bank enrolled my name in CIBIL,
So in this case my fault is nothing, how i pay paid bill?, pls suggest us what i can do?

Complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Executive Mr.Anand-Rohini Sector-8, SD Tower
Dear Sir,

My name is Sunil Kumar, was having a credit card of ICICI Bank. I was making the payment to the said bank credit card on the time. Last few days before i have received a call from ICICI Bank Credit Card department Tele Phone no. 011-42050509, 10, 11 and 12. There is Executive Mr. Anand who was calling me and i have assured that i am arranging the funds for making the payment. Last week, his behaviour was not good and he has given me abused a lots of time. I asked him that your bank has allowed for abusing the customer, he told me yes.

This is the main reason why the the customer dont make the payment to them because the bank executives dont behave the good to their customer and mostly abused them.

I want to take a action against the action to Mr. Anand Executive Mr.Anand-Rohini Sector-8, SD Tower. and I want that you should take a necessary action like this person so the customer can make the payment on time to bank.

OUTSTANDING CLOSED, STILL BEING CHARGED !!!
Outstanding amount was converted to EMI option.
Subsequently upon confirming with Customer care that outstanding if closed would cancel the EMI option, closed outstanding with a single cheque in Oct 2010.
They have been going on charging EMI even after that and are trying to collect the full amount again through EMI saying that I did not inform for EMI closure. Even last month I've clarified from customer care that EMI would not be charged again; however they are now asking me to pay up or else . . .

That I have requested for change of address by e-mail, I got the reply but I am sorry to inform you that the need ful has not beed till now, with the result I am not receiving my Card monthly statements & other Credit Card related letters.
I am no more using this Credit Card. I have requested to cancel this card as it was being misused by my Son in 4/2005 and another card was issued to me, which I am using now. This amount mentioned in your was reflected in the statement of my present card, which stands paid. Even afterwards also the purchased done through computer on this card was billed in the statement of my New Card and Nothing was ever due on this card e.g. your TXN dated 04-May-2010 etc. (File No 6171057).
It is requested that please check the record with my present credit Card i.e. 5177XXXXXXXX8019. and adjust the over charged amounts.

I have to pay the credit card amount unnecessarily
I had put a request to de-register the utility bill service from my Credit card account towards vodafone Banglaore last month. Because that was a wrong payment of 350Rs to someone else mobile number. I have the request number also starting with SRXXXXXXX. But, this month again a payment of 1500RS towards vodafone bill of payment from my Credit Card. Again I was trying to get clarification from customer care regarding this payment. Why this payment happenned. They were telling about some technical issue. Now I have to pay the credit card amount unnecessarily.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Dear Sir,

It's in sheer helpessness and frustration that I am emailing you as I have no idea what other steps I should take.
My ICICI Bank Credit card was misused on the 12th December 2009 and frauddulent transactions made between the 14th Dec and 15th december 2009.
Despite immediately contacting ICICI Bank credit card customer care department, to report the fraud and have the transactions cancelled, ICICI bank creddit card depratment chose to sleep on the issue and since then have been harassing me telephonically, and by email, to pay for the disputed transactions.A visit to the cyber crime cell too has given much recourse, as they say they do not deal with credit card fraud, even if it is online pyrchasing??What is cyber crime then besides hacking...Is this not a form of hacking? Or is it an inside job of an ICICI employee??The total fraudulent charges was InRs 62761/-.Now with the so called Interest this amount is INRs 78000/-.
Does this mean we are all at the mercy of the banks and their credit card departments and their collection agencies??
I have in the past few months been getting abusive and threatening calls from the collection agencies of ICICI bank credit card department, and these calls have now increased and have started to disrupt my office and home.
I sincerely seek your assistance here to help me stop this harassment once and for all. Not just for me, but for all innocent credit card users of all banks, who are victims of these so called credit card frauds.

I will be glad to provide any further information required by you in this matter.

The telephone number of the ICICI collection agency harassing me at the moment is (022)64562856.The person who called gave his name as Vijay Sharma(no doubt fake) .

wrong deductions
Dear Sir,
I am a ICICI Credit Card holder of credit card No.4477474007359006 which is valid upto 12/12. On 11.05.2010 i received a SMS message on my Mobile Phone No +919815097900 which read as" a transaction of USD 69.99 on 11-May-10 on Card No.XXXX9006 is made at MACAFEE.COM" whereas no such transactions were made by me. Kindly investigate how this transaction was effected and the amount be credited to my Credit Card account.

Same item, different names, different reward points
Seeing my hard earned reward points lapse, I decided to redeem them. The catalog looks all colorful (lists Electronics, leather items, and many others), but when you finally go to redeem online the options are vastly limited (mostly Paulo Coelho books, a few gift vouchers, and couple of board games).

From the limited options, I chose Mattel Scrabble for 995 points and received it promptly. It was "ok", but not great (the Scrabble set I owned earlier had counters too... you could keep track of your scores without pen and paper). In the "redeem online" dropdown menu, there was another Scrabble option but for 580 points more. I presumed that more points would mean better quality (and those score counters would surely be in). I selected it (thinking I can gift the first set to some newbie to scrabble), but to my shock, I received an identical item. I guessed it was sent by mistake, and emailed [email protected] immediately. Here's my email:

Recently I redeemed "Scrabble - English" against 1575 points. But, I got "Mattel Scrabble"
instead which goes for 995 points. Moreover, please note that last month I had redeemed
the exact same item (Matel Scrabble) and the reason for choosing a similar gift this month
is that I wasn't satisfied with the previous gift. And now, thanks to your fault, I have two of
them. :(

Please do the following:
* send the item I had originally asked for
* arrange for collecting the item I had not asked for (the packing for the scrabble box is intact)

I wasn't very sure this could be done easily. My guess was that ICICI would force me to retain
the unwanted gift and return my 580 reward points. This is when I got my second shock.
ICICI had deliberately sent this item (so, no question of returning the reward points). Here's
their response:

Gift Item Matel Scrabble and Scrabble English is the same item with different item code for different reward points.

Wow! Isn't that an amazing way an innocent customer and his/her reward points are soon parted?
The item is not listed in their catalog. Even the name is different. To top it, they respond with a "fooled you".
Yeah, I know, I must have checked a box somewhere that would contain a line like "ICICI Bank
can send you whatever it pleases...".

I would not have realized how bad this rewards program is had I not tried out the reward points program for my
Manhattan card (sorry for cross-advertising), but they have outsourced it to IndiaPlaza.in. The variety of gifts is amazing.

So, watch out when you redeem your points. Do not assume any correlation between the number of points and the quality of gifts. :(
For now, my only option is to finish off my remaining points getting Parker Pens (if they are available) and shift my usage to other cards.

Be aware of icici bank creit card and their services
To whomsoever it may concern

My name is Vikram Singh, H/O of Manisha Singh. She was using ICICI credit card hold number – XXX, In the year 2007, month Nov-Dec, I got a call from XXX number telling this call is for due amount on my credit card. I had conversation with 2 gentlemen, however now I cannot say then as gentlemen, I got call from two fraud people, they were from ICICI collection agency, they said I have some amount due on my card of around 19000, out of which there are some late fine also in 19000. I asked them to remove the late fine. They agreed upon the same. I asked them that how much amount do I pay to close the card, so that I need not to pay a single penny more in future, they told me 15400/- is the amount which I have to pay. As this was a confirmatory call on total payment, it just happened that I recorded all the conversation. Their names were Rajesh & Ankit. I asked them to send their executive to collect payment. I gave them cheque of 15400/- at one instance, so to clear all my outstanding. The amount got cleared from my account too in 2-3 days.


Now since last 1 year they have again started asking for money, saying that you should have letter against the same. If not then you have to pay the amount. They keep on calling on my cell, I have moved out of DELHI, reason being my JOB, now they have started calling at my inlaws place as the card when was given to Manisha, she was unmarried. They have started misbehaving with our family members. 1-2 days back they called up at my inlaws place and told that “Manisha paise lekar bhag gaye hai, apna ghar check kar lo, kuch waha se to, lekar bhagi nahi hai na”. This has become so embarrassing for us that I cannot express through words.


This is my complaint against ICICI collection agency & Bank both, please help us.


Just a word - All, please be aware of ICICI bank & their services, it will take your happiness, your money and will force & push you to get into SHIT…….
