No Response to Complaints
I was jsut looking into the complaints for the ICICI Bank and found that I am not the only one who has the complaints from them but several other are like me. In this 21st Century still they are living in the old age ang looking into the same old paper work. They are so careless that they don't even care to respond to the mails sent to them I had a problem with my Transaction Password and it was locked by them and I agreed that it was due to my security reasons the locked it. My New Password was sent to me after chargin a fee of Rs. 415 to me but to my surprise they have changed the conditions and now I can make only 4 transactions in a day. I have been using the services for making payment of my LIC Policies for last 11 yaers and I have almost 20 policies for which the premium is due in the month of April. I usually schedule the payments in April itself for the payment by May 28 that is the last date ater the grace period and it use to pay all my 20 policies on May 28. Now after my New Password I can only make 4 payments in a Day and if I forget to pay all my policies will die. I have sent them 3 mails in a row but no one is there to respond to my mails even that they have received my complaint and they are gong to resolve the issue. It is really painful to know that Indian Banks are trying to cheat thier own people who are trying to put their hard earned money into their own Indian Banks for the graowth of their country. Hope some higher official can look into the matter.
