Credit Crad Settlement
Dear Sir,
Myself wife of Mr.Girishankar holding a credit card no. [5176378003388003] We received a letter form a lawyer in the month of Oct 08. We contacted him and he told us to pay 15000/- immi, and the settlement letter will receive us within 2-3 months & should pay balance amount of settlement amount[nearly 5 –7 thousand]. Instead of letter we were receiving bill adding interest to interest. We then mailed and posted letters to Hyderabad & Mumbai branch. One fine morning we received a call saying they will make us a settlement, after 3 days negosation they finalled for 15000/- in which I have to pay 4500/-][April 17th ] immi. I paid that and expected the letter. Mr.Ravi [9930065430] use to say excuse and 3 months went off. Next Mr.Ajay [9096762005 / 65282593/64562866][July 6th]promised the same [settlement for 15000/- confirmed with his senior Mr.Abhilas ]and took 4500/- [July 6th] till date we have not received the settlement letter. We are poor peoples, please help us. My husband is jobless now [nearly 6 months over] I am the only person earning at my home. And I am getting a salary of only 8000/-. even for my children’s education we have no money. I have already disposed my gold ornaments for Rs.20000/- hearing these 2 guys [ Ravi & Ajay]. Trustee people are taking care of them. Somehow we are moving our life. Please help us in this matter. Kindly settle the amount with a minimum amount [already paid ICICI Rs.24000/- [15000/- + 4500 + 4500/-] of Rs.10500/- [Which I was promised to pay . I kindly request you to give a punishment to these 3 guys [ Ravi, Ajay & Abhilash[senior of Mr.Ajay ], so that they will not fool any poor peoples.
I have already emailed these matters to all[ mentioned in the net [customer servive] Today I received a mail saying i should pay 45000/- for settlement. I am not that much affordable. Let these 2 guys bear balance amunt of mine [i will pay 10500/-] It is their fault that they said they will issue the settlement letter at 15000/- [Fifteen Thousand only in which I have already paid 4500/- 6th July]

Loan Against CC
Hi,
I am Md Ansarul haque working in a private company as SEO head, organization is IT based.
I have a problem with ICICI bank, I have taken a loan of 50k and regular I paid EMI amount but unfortunately because of my accident, I am not able to pay EMI, but after that I mailed for final amount which I have to pay so bank charges extra amount and told me that you have to pay this (21K) in two stalments for final settlement. After that from Rohni sector ICICI bank I got a call for payment and thaey told me two date you have to pay and I agree to pay person Anurag working in ICICI bank Rohni send his EXE to collect first cheque, and they said sir for second cheque I will infor you when I will collect, but unfortunately Anurag didt contact me for collecting payment than I try to contact him his no is 9958114994, and this person didt receive my call than I mail to icici bank and they again told me that you have to pay 500 more because you are late, but thing is that because of his negligence why I paid extra amount I already agree to pay the amount and he try to late for extra amount, now i paid the 21k but still I didt get final settlements letter, they mail me to pay extra 500 more. So Now what I do Pl. suggest me that. I always try to sort out but bank delay to increase delay charges.
During this Bank automatically deduct amount from my ICICI saving account, and showed balance is in minus, and today we get a mail from bank to pay more 14k earlier they told me to pay extra 500 and now they told me to pay 14 k. So pl help me how i mange and how i pay that much amount they harassed me and i am mentally harassed now, now what i do pL. Pl. Pl help me i am help less now i didt understand how i handle it, now i am totally depend on you, and i hope you must help me to out. I want to meet you people should i meet you.
Pl. help me out because try my level best to sort out honestly, I paid whatever they said now they ask for more money than he send me a final setelment letter.

Unreasonable deduction of money from bank account
Hello Everyone
ICICI bank has become a cheater bank in this country. I was so much fade up of bank that i had ask my employer to change my salary account to some other bank account.
I was having my Current account in ICICI bank. I used to withdrew my from money from a ATM near by me that is of Andhra Bank. there was no duction of 20 Rs from that bank ATM. Deduction was not shown in my mini statement or on online banking account. Then on 1 April ICICI(Fraud) had deducted 2700 from my account as other ATM charges. How rediculous is this. This is scary things happen to my life. I hope the things that hapen with should not repeate with other so please all those who are having account in icici bank account shoul change it immediately as i had done after this.

Credit Card Complaint
Dear sir/Madam
I am Ashok Kumar Raniwal. My Mobile no. is 09911501286 .I am being threatened continuously by icici bank credit card.
They are pressurising me for the payment.
I have already paid all the amount by doing settlement. ICICI bank credit card has showed overdraft
in my icici saving a/c (040001000431). Due to this my other bank installments are getting bounced
because the money which i deposite in bank is withdrawn by the icici bank credit card department.
In this way i am suffering double loss. I took settlement of icici bank credit card in Nov.07, for which
they got 3 cheques from me, the cheques numbers are 068657/dt.28.01.09, 068658/dt.28.02.09 and 068659/dt.
03.12.08. These cheques have been cleared from my a/c no. 040001000431(ICICI Bank saving a/c). ICICI bank
has sent me a sattlement letter whose ref. No. is ICN01DEL/112008/10633/2 and it has been signatured by
Mr. Ashish Kakar on authorised signatory. I am sending you the copy of this letter & receipt through
scanning. ICICI credit card has troubled me and my family a lot. Pls save our lives from them. Due to this
i am not working my job properly and also icici bank have been debited my a/c of Rs.4141.66/dt.02.07.09 after
all settlement. In this regarding i have sent a massage through mobile to Mr. Niladri but he didn't give me
any response and i have also gone to SD Tower of ICICI Bank credit card at Rohini, New delhi. I met Mr Rajesh
there but he didn't give me proper response his landline number is 011-42584000. Pls help me...

QAB charges
I have an account in ICICI Madhuban branch, Udaipur, rajasthan.
I opened this a/c for transactions to my demat a/c in sharekhan. I was told that it is a ZERO balance a/c. And now they have charged 827 Rs. as QABChgs, apr-jun09+ST77.
And when I am trying to contact the bank personal, they are just neglecting me.
This is completely illegal and its a harassment of consumers.

Overcharged
I had raised one request to open an FD of Rs 48500 on 11th april 09. On 13th april i found that Rs 97000 had been deducted from my account. (i.e. that's exactly the double of what i'd originally requested for.) ICICI (The fraudster) has deducted 97000 and my account shows only one FD for 48500. That's how this bank cheats it's customers and when i sent a couple of mails to customer care no one has responded. I tried calling the customer care number but no response. This is a cheat bank and one should stay away from it until unless one likes to invite trouble.Another bad experience i'd a couple of weeks back is that despite paying the full credit card bill the minimum amount due was deducted from my account. This bank is really a fraud bank. If some one has any contact of any consumer court please let me know. I'm in desperate need to get in touvh with them to resolve my issues. I've had enough of this fraud bank and i consumer court's help to resolve my issues.

Account Opening harrasment
I wanted to caution all on the harrowing experience with ICICI bank NRI division.
I have an existing NRO account with them and simply wanted add another joint holder to the account. It has been four months and my application has been dragging on.
If you look at the website the documentation for adding an account is clearly mentioned. You send that and the troubles start.
If you call the phone service they simply tell you the same documentation listed on the wesbite but you tell them that is what was sent they will start asking for extra documentation which is has not] relevance to adding a name. and it goes on and on.
It has been four months and my process is still not complete.
The supervisor never comes on phone.
I wonder if NRI banking is not profitable for Indian banks because I have only heard sad tales of rude and ineficient customer across all banks.
I wonder if someone can recommend a good bank that is easy to deal with.

unable to access account
am being denied access to my existing icici account which I wanted to add funds to by setting up a new monthly deposit however this experience makes me determined to close the account and put my money elsewhere...but how do I access the account to close it?

poor customer service+ may be fraud
from last 2 months, I am wasting my expensive time to get the transaction password..
from last one month, I am hearing that my transaction password sent to new address, but not received yet..
from last 2 weeks, I am hearing from escalation department that my transaction password with ICICI courier services, but did not get it..
from March 09th, I am hearing from Dwarkish Lal that my transaction password was sent again to my new address thru ICICI courier, but did not get yet.
from last 2 months, I have wasted around 10 hours of my time with ICICI bank customer service for nothing..
from last 3 months, I could not do any transaction with my money ~26 lacs as I am sitting aborad with no t-password
from last 2 months, I could not pay my ICICI mortgage as I could not transfer from my account to loan account.
from last 24 hrs, I am talking to Mervyn Davis/his manager abdul raqueeb.but the response is
ICICIcourier website is down...
what a customer service??
if I am not getting my transaction password in 24 hrs, I will fly to India and give a decent complaint.
