No solution by ICICI Bank
Dear Sir,
I would like to told you that I have received my credit card-5239511093820007
(ICICI Bank) month of Feb-2008, First week of March-2008 my card was lost and used by somebody I have already inform to ICICI Mumbai & delhi Customer Care when I asked them what process should i do ? they said that your card has now blocked and all the process bank will do and within 45 days bank give solution, at the same time I have also submit application of my lost card in the police satation(Adarsh Nagar, Delhi-33). after 45 days bank says that the decision goes to in favour of bank and you have to pay all the amount, after some days i have recievd a call from ICICI bank they says you may pay Rs.1500/- as a security money and all the mater will solved and ICICI bank also give u a new card and this amount is also refund by ICICI bank to you, I give them chque for the amount of 1500/-in favour of ICICI bank, after few days I have received another call from the bank they again ask me to deposit 3000/ Rs. as a secuirty money when I ask them in the earlier i have already deposited Rs.1500/ as security they said that was wrong commitment now you have to pay Rs.3000/- as security than this matter will solved, I have again give them Rs. 3000/- as a security chque but the problem is same till now. Now the bank blocked my saving A/c # 000701517490 also have in ICICI bank and the credit card balance amount Rs-35339.46/- balance shows in saving account, this all happen without my permission and i have not receive any call regarding this, when i asked about this to customer care they said write your problem and mail to us. I have mail them but till date they don't give any solution and I have also visited three times In ICICI's Rohini Branch but ICICI Banks executives are busy in meetings and no one wants to meet with me and also not picking my phone I am facing this problem from last 8 months but bank not give me any solution and cheatd me two times and now again demanding Rs.1400/- when I asked them about this they are not picking my phones.
So please help me .

Transaction Dispute on ICICI Bank Travel Card
Hi,
The charges of $ 101.75 USD and $ 4.23 has been debited my account on 08/11/2008.
I have written an email from my email ID : [email protected] scanned handwritten duly signed document was also attached with the mail, but there is no response from ICICI Bank.
This is what my account statement says :

Model Town III Branch
The ICICI Bank model town III brach is worst and I had a worst experience with this branch, Theyc harge every quater 843 INR even though I have a quaterly balance of 10, 000 INR and they charge without any reason .
I had 5 accounts with ICICI and Model Town III Delhi - 110009 Branch work differently then any one else

Home Loan EMI deducted twice
Hi
This is Mohammed Fiaz from Chennai, i have been holding icici bank savings bank account for the last 7 years and i hold a home loan from the same bank for the last 4 years, and i have been paying the Home Loan EMI through ECS Clearance and had never been a defaulter till date, on Aug '08 the bank deducted the EMI twice, one on Aug 12th and again on Aug 13th, i had issued two cheques to my LIC Agent for my premium payment which was due for clearance on Aug 13th, Due to the amount being deducted twice the sufficient fund there was not enough funds for the LIC Cheques to be cleared, and the ICICI Bank took penalty charges for dishonour of cheque and i had to pay LIC the cheque bounce fine as well.
When i complained this to the ICICI Customer service bank, they directed me to go to the local bank, when i visited the local bank they simply took a written complaint and promised me a callback the next day, the next day i got a call and they directed me to visit the HOME Loan division which was far away from my place and the rep did not even know the phone no to speak to the home loan dept, instead they told me to visit the dept personally and sort the issue.
I have sent several mails and calls to the ICICI bank, which they never bothered to hear my complaints and still ignoring to pay the penalty charges due to cheque dishonor and the fine which i paid to LIC.

Improper charges and practices
In my case I added mandatory holder to ICICI and submitted all the papers. I returned to US after that thinking that everything is alright but I realised that they lost all my documents. Fortunately, I had all copies but it didn't work. I had to redo all the procedure during my next visit to India. Tremendous Inconveniecy.
Above all, ICICI operated my account and cut the charges without informing me any policy change. The customer service is so rude and executives are immature young kids. They know nothing. I am closing my account in a week. That's it. No more relationship with ICICI.
I suggest that NO NRI should open account with ICICI. They are short of fraud. I am also filing complaint agains them to RBI in Bank Ombudsman. Everyone should also do it.

Fraud and cheating
Recently I had terrible experience in getting home loan from ICICI bank. I was working with Mumbai branch. I can provide you loan number and other details if that helps in improving the service. There is no systematic process exist in ICICI Home Finance to give at least average experience to customer. Our all papers for property and eligibility was good but their attitude is, like government office. Staff will responds like …
It will just take 10 days to get the loan. *(This mean it takes 10 weeks to process the loan). Property valuation person will contact you ASAP. *(Make sure you remind them so they work on your schedule)
Come tomorrow morning and we will have section letter ready for you. *(This mean, call tomorrow morning to find the status and we will give you next schedule based on progress).
You will get disbursement cheque just in 5 days after section letter *(This mean, it will take 2 weeks to process for disbursement). You have now submitted all papers and signed everything for approval *(This mean, Wait for next surprise and most likely it is your fault that you consider less than 2 and ½ month for loan section/disbursement).
You will meet lot of DSA and Staff who thinks that they might able to handle it with x (*alternate) paper but no, they will give you surprise right time when you submit application and waiting for it to approve.
Loan agreement is so rigid that you and your next society both needs to sign on their NOC papers. Read terms before you sign. I had big challenge in getting signature from society.
There is no process exist from customer point to understand the whole journey.

Cheque related query, one says cheque was bounced but amount was debited
Hi, I am Naveen Kumar Korpole, a policy holder of ‘Aviva Life Insurance’. I am drafting this complaint against ICICI bank and Aviva Life Insurance with deep regret. Though I paid the premium payment for this current year (I paid the amount through my ICICI account cheque and amount was debited from my account towards Aviva Life Insurance successfully) but i did not receive premium receipt from Aviva Life Insurance organization. When I asked the customer care people of Aviva Life Insurance, they informed me that my policy was lapsed due to cheque was bounced which I produced. Than I checked with my account and asked ICICI bank manager, they informed that the amount already debited towards Aviva Life Insurance without any failure of cheque bouncing. Than I attached the scanned copy of my bank statement (which shows that amount was debited towards Aviva Life Insurance). Though I provided all the details and called my self to inform about this with spending about 50 rupees, there is no proper response from any of these. I gave my contact number again but nobody was ready to help me regarding this. I don’t know fault maid by whom but I am facing lot of problem with this. I am very disappointed with this.

Saving account blocked even after 15 days of credit card settlement
My Savings bank account have been on a lean due to credit card recovery procedures initiated by the ICICI Credit card division). I was issued a full and final settlement letter on 8th July 2008. As per the agreement I had made two payments one on 10th July 2008 and the second one on 16th August 2008 amounting to Rs 38, 000/-. Since then I have been in touch with your customer support department, umpteen numbers of times wherein I logged the following two service request numbers (SR76948840, SR77014910). I have honored my part of the agreement, but I still do not have any update from banks part and my account is still under lean. And the customer support team is not able to give me any status updates or numbers for escalation.
Is their the way a responsible bank behaves and every time i call teh customer support the only thing they tell me is that they are unable to contact me over my phone number, I have send hard copy mails and emails to ICICI bank several time to resolve this, but to no effect. In th event of the status quo remaining for another week i will take this matter to the reserve bank of india as well as the consumer court.

Rip off
I am customer of ICICI for 5 to 6 years. Recently ICICI has stopped sending monthly statements to the residence address. but when we called customer care we were told the door locked and hence the option of sending the statements is canceled. After continuous follow up I was updated that ICICI switched the statement option to quarterly from monthly option. This change is not intimated properly by ICICI. Earlier the monthly transaction served as a valid document when ever the current bank transactions are required by any firm. Now I need to wait for three months. Or when I ask for specific month they are directing us to pay at ICICI branch Rs 100/- + 12.36% tax for every page of transaction. This charge is too much for a basic requirement. Any nationalized bank gives a passbook and as and when a transaction occurs the transaction is printed by the bank in the pass book and this acts as a valid proof of current bank statement.
If ICICI changes from Monthly to Quarterly for thier paper savings concept it very badly affects customers. At least ICICI should provide this document free, when the customer requests for a particular month as a valid document of current bank statement. Please join me in fighting for our basic rights.

Without conformance debited 23,374 rs
I Made Transaction with TATA AIG Insurance (for 3900/-)on last Year 2007 with ICICI Credit CARD. AS Per Norms, If i was not interested they will revert back all the money, which i paid to TATA AIG, It Was not Happen, So i canceled My ICICI Credit Card Immediately. on Sep 2007. On the same day where i applied for the Cancellation 23, 374 rs is credited into my ICICI Credit CARD.
ICICI Bank canceled the Existing CARD & issued a New CREDIT CARD. I was started using New ICICI Credit CARD. In Mar 2008 the amount 23, 374 got debited without my permission. I made a compliant against it. they had taken more than 4 months to resolve and making interest charges on the amount.
At last now they are saying that I have to pay all the money, my Question is, With out my permission How they debited the such huge amount on favor of TATA AIG. even after canceling the Old Card
What are the Steps i can take against this fraud!
