Fraud in Saving Salary Account
I Mr. Deepak Ghosalkar, having salary saving account in ICICI bank ( punawadi, 167-c, Dr. Ambedkar rd, Dadar T.T., Mumbai-14), and my account number is 003201505838.On 5th feb08 my account got debited for Rs.28, 283.07/- against credit card payment No.4477468632989005 without my permission and any notice.
When it came to my noticed related this complaint, I have been to my branch 14th feb08.and i met branch manager( Mr.sourav kumar - Contact no.24116203/ 6205)but without taking any action, he suggested me to go to different branch and department.
In my life I have never applied for any credit card also i have not done any single transaction, still my account got debited.So due to not received any kind of support and co-operation from branch manager, i have launched a FIR in Matunga police station on 15th Feb 2008.on the same day, i got a call from Andheri (e), J.B.Nagar branch( Recovery dept.) from Miss.Kiran shinde (contact no: 67709248) and she promised that she will take action and amount will get credited in 5 working days but till the date, I have not received any credit in my account.
So requesting you to take strict and legal action against this fraud .and help me to get credit in my account as soon as possible.waiting for ur immediate reply and action.

debit card fee charged
I am a student and had a savings account with icici bank. As a student i always kept track of the small amount of funds i had in savings. One fine day i noticed i was charged Rs 111/- as a debit card fee and when i asked the manager of icici bank Margao, Goa he informed me that the fee was valid and could not be reversed even if i wished to close my account the next day itself.
I wish to express disatisfaction with icici as for me even the Rs 100/- make a huge difference.

No reasons for deduction of amount
I am having greally very bad expirance with your ICICI bank,
Rs.11500 has been deducted by the bank with the best known reasons to the bank & when i am enquiring about the withdrawl reasons no body is clearly giving the reasons behind these deductions, coustmer care is asking to talk to the excutive, excative is asking to go to the near branch, branch is asking to go to the main branch & the main branch is asking to mail to coustmer care of ICICI bank. This is really unacceptable on the part of the bank.

Customer harrasement & delibrate attempt of fraud
I am delibrately harrassed by phone banking officer with false promises & fraudulant attempt for unauthorised charges on my credit card.

First their courrier service deliver the statement very lates, say 20 days after the statement date (payment due date is 23 days). secondly, not to show their fault, the courrier boy signs on his own on POD. Then bank charges late fee.

When called to customer service, telling them detailed situation, we are assured that charges will be reveresed, that means they agree fault on their part. But when statement comes, they levy another late fee for non payment of previose late fee.

I had called bank many times & talked to alomst 5 banking officers, all assured me that fees will be revered, but everytime, new late fee has been levied over tha past non payment of late fee, eventhough all the payment for purchases & expenses are done.

At some instance, when given reference of last call, we are told that no such calls are registered by phone banking officer.

This is going on for more than 3 months now.

In non of their branches, they have a counter to submit the complain for credit card issues, we have to drop in cheque drop box, that means staff can easily destroy those complains, since we dont have ackonwledgement on our complain. That's what i call fool proof method to loot customers.

What to say, No words for their Efficiency.

Lastly, i had sked to cancel my card, but again they informed me to cut it & drop it in drop box, so you dont have any confirmation of cancellation, again their staff can misuse your card details to do online transection & you might get payment statement for generations.

I am totally fed up with worlds most pathatic & inefficient bank.

I strongly recommand people to look for alternative bank, who are much efficient & honest in dealing, before signing up with this bank.

wrong sending of SMS
I have a mobile no. 9829054646 in my name Vikas Paharia.

ICICI bank is regularly sending transaction details thru sms of a current account, which is not belongs to me. Inspite of my regular complaints on their portal no action taken by bank. Still sms are regularly sending on my mobile by bank. ( 4 to 8 SMS per day )

Please help me in this issue.

poor service
I am an Indian living in the USA.My ICICI account is in India with Maratha Mandir Branch, Mumbai.Due my inability to operate this account while abroad it became dormant.I treid to get this activated and called up ICICI call centre.My old father went to their branch in Patna too to find out how to get it activated.I was told to submit documents to maratha m. branch, which i did by post and sent an e-mail too containing scanned documents.however it's almost 6 months but not even a single word from them.I have tried calling again and again and my father visited their patna branch again, but now we are running in circles, while ICICI bank is enjoying my money rotting in their bank.I would recommend all NRIs to be very careful of this branch.Their service is the poorest of all banks I have ever dealt with.

ISSUE OF TRANSACTION PASSWORDS

At last i have a site to redress my agony with icicibank..
Sir, my Transaction password is expired and i mailed them(icici) to re-issue the password again.I mailed them nearly 120 mails.. atleast 20 IVRS complaints.. Till now there is no response from the authorities.

Can anyone let me know how do i resolve this.

Pathetic costumer service!
I have complained about my e fund transfer, (It delayed for 3 weeks, Until today it is not credited), I don’t get fruitful answer and guidance on what to do if not received. I can here that it is transferred from ICICI bank. But it never reached in the beneficiary’s bank. Still fight with bank to trace it out, god only know when it is going to get it.

Non delivery of password since last 6 month
Hi Sir ,
This is Praveen Kanoujia , very frustrated with of ICICI direct .com services.
I raised password request through web site on 22 nov , again on 13 dec , then so many times through phone banking
but still not able to get my password. I called customer care guys so many times but problem is still unresolved and nobody is there to listen .

even i followed too courier company (first flight consignment no also but all are returned ).
they were saying address is insufficient .

then i went to ICICI office to change my address .
they took my request a week ago .

now when i enquired then what happen to that address change
they told me u didn't submitted empty cheque .
but nobody told me to submitt this cheque .

i am fed up calling customer care guys ,
no proper answers from there side.


I am loosing my money every day because not able to buy/sell.
Please help me out .
